I’m sure there are cleaner and fancier places, but until I find one, this is the best most convenient in downtown PHX. My wife and I have been in and out in under 90 min every time even with 6 – 8 loads. Good stuff’!

Decent affordable laundry mat. I pay half the cost of what I used to pay for laundry back home in IL. Machines range from $ 1.25 to $ 5 something? Prices are on the machines but I can’t see the most expensive one bc they’re all in use. But it’s around that. Dryers are .25 for 8 min and they have a jumbo dryer… $ 1 for 12 min. Employees are nice and helpful… parking lot is small when busy… machines run well… don’t come on a Sunday night. It’s a mad house full of people and their dirty undies. Machines take quarters only… and there is a change machine you can stick your bills in to get them. Attendant on duty to sell any products you stupidly left at home. They also have a bathroom, vending machines, and a tv corner to pass the time. Second time here, would use again.

Seriously. If there is a gold standard for laundromats, Laundry Basket has set that standard. Where to start… maybe the not so special features. The cost is comparable with others in the area. Now, what’s different: + Exceptionally clean facilities; the grime and gunk so common to laundromats is largely absent here + Friendly and attentive staff(I believe our favorite attendant is named Lynda… I hope I’m not making that name up…); we’ve interacted with them as much as we have because of, my next point… + Free dryer loads for check-in on Unilocal!(I hope this lasts a long time :) + Abundant machines; I’ve not yet encountered a time when there are no machines available, which I have experienced in other establishments in the area + Ample supply of folding tables and wheeled baskets; I’ve really never seen so many, though they don’t overcrowd either This location isn’t the closest to home, but we’ve made it fit into our weekend errand routine.

Came here yesterday morning to do my laundry and saw they had a weekday service to do it for you for .99 cents a pound. I am very busy and the option to have help in such a time consuming task was incredible. The guy working, John Michael, was really nice, accommodating and really really cool. All of my clothes came back neatly folded, smelling great and in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this place. Location is a tiny bit scary but for a laundromat it was clean and staff was super nice. Cost me a total of $ 35 for all of my clothes, comforter and sheets which was totally worth it.

I love this place! It’s spacious, clean, plenty of fans to keep the place cool, tons of washers and dryers, good music playing, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I found this place about a month ago and I am NOT going back to my old place! The Laundry Basket is much farther away, but totally worth the trip!

In a hurry, They conveniently charged me 99 cents a pound, my total was only $ 13.50 for a full tub of dirty clothes, w They hand them to you folded and clean :) They take debit cards! You can’t beat the convenience. I’m always embarrassed to hand my underwear to someone to wash so didn’t ask nor gave them those to wash but I’m curious if they did :$ Great service, convenient, and speedy. They take the time to call and let you know clothes are ready! A+

Back again & using the awesome new machines. 2nd time my step-daughter has tagged along. She’s 19& learning to do things herself, by herself & this is a great safe place 4 her to start with. And as always Katt was beyond helpful when I was confused about the new machines.

Great place to take your oversized items or when your machine breaks down. Glad to see there is a place to fill this need. Lynda is fantastic and puts a smile on a stressed out customers face.

No! Went here because of their website. Loved that the prices were listed there so I could plan. Got there and it was packed. Understandable because its Saturday night. What is NOT acceptable is for it to be 102 outside and the laundromat does not have AC! They had the doors propped open and all the customers were red & sweaty. I was gonna take my chances & went in to make sure the big 6 load washer I needed was available. It was, however it was 5.75. The website said it was 4.75. Its only a dollar, but on top of how hot it was in there, it pissed me clean off.

I didn’t drop my clothes here as I had planned. I wanted to, but when I went inside and to the drop off counter no one was there. So I called the number posted, which is what is says to do if no one is there. Within a few seconds a lady came inside from out front where she had been smoking, cigarettes in hand. And she promptly informed me that I had interrupted her break. So, I had doubts at that point about even having my clothes done here. Then she told me it would be about 4 hours and it would be a $ 10 surcharge plus the weight for my comforter. So I left. For two reasons. I didn’t want my clothes to smell like cigarettes when they were done, and I didn’t want to pay another $ 10 just to have my comforter washed. Needless to say, I will never go back there. Even to wash my own clothes.

So fresh and so clean clean! Dirk is amazing, there’s bluray movies in the back, and they have free WiFi and sweet ass vending machines. Dirk told me about these new washers they have out of Switzerland, too! They’re the business. I love this place!

I needed a commercial to wash my comforter prior to sealing it away for the summer and saw this place wasn’t far away and had really good reviews. Those good reviews were not what I experienced. Very crowded, smelly, fairly dirty, no attendant in sight, tons of kids running around unwatched. It is what it is. The machines worked.

I had to find a laundromat because we are moving and our washer and dryer are now in storage and I was lucky to find this place. I read the great reviews and drove over here. At first glance I wasn’t sure if I had found the right place and was nervous to go in but when I entered I found it to be clean and well lit. I found the single top loading washers to be standard size instead of half size like I encountered last week at another laundromat which was a relief. The attendant on Judi was approachable and friendly. She provided the password for free wifi, a token to use the restroom which was clean and because of the current Unilocal deal for checking in she provided me with 1.50 to dry two loads of my clothing. I will not be in Phoenix much longer but if I need more laundry done I will be coming back here for sure.

Two years later we’re still using this place. $ 1.25 for a washer or $ 2.75 for a triple load. 75 cents will get you 10minutes on their super big dryer. Or a quarter for 8 minutes on the normal ones. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Also Unilocal check in for two free loads in the dryer. Aka $ 1.50 free.

I always give my ratings in comparison to the competition in the area. We just started coming here as we moved into the area and haven’t bought a washer and dryer yet. We found the Laundry Basket on Unilocal,we’re pleased with reviews and rating and checked it out. My boyfriend had never been to a laundromat and was a little nervous. This place is clean, well priced, machines aren’t dilapidated, attendants are friendly(Katt is awesome!), it’s great. We haven’t tried the services, we just do our own. We came back a second time after a power outage the night before to find their power was still out — total bummer. Not their fault. I needed to do laundry so I went to two other nearby mats only to end up completely grateful for how nice the Laundry Basket is! Thank you for appreciating your Unilocalers too!

My first time at the laundry place I was a tad skeptical but it’s close to home. It’s low priced and has lots of washers. The attendant Dirk is really cool he was willing to help and when I had some questions offered all types of assistance. Friendly courteous and attentive. The place was cleaner than most laundry mats. Just came out here from LA so finding a 24 hour laundry place is awesome! It’s reasonable and I forgot my washing materials and they had cheap detergent and bleach but cheap as in price not cheap as in quality. I really enjoyed this place and wait what a laundry place with actual free wifi?! I can watch Netflix while I wash! Dirk was really cool and friendly told me about how everything works I may just try the fluff and fold here seems hella legit. Props to the owner

Today was my first time here. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, price, TVs, and WiFi. The attendant was extremely helpful and was constantly clean the entire 2 hours that I was there. Needless to say, I think I found my new Laundromat! 3⁄23 — went again last night and left around 8pm. I forgot my good memory foam bathroom rugs in one of the dryer and didn’t realize it until 5 am this morning. I ran up there in hopes that they were still therw. The attendant had taken them out of the dryer, folded them, and had them bagged up for me. He said they looked nice and knew that if he left them in the dryer that someone would take them, so he put them up until someone came to claim them. This confirms they ha that I made a great choice to continue coming here!

5 stars for a coin-op laundromat? I hear you asking«What ARE you smoking?» I understand because I would ask the same thing, but please read on. I’m visiting friends here in Phoenix and they have a comforter needs to be washed, so off to the laundromat we go. I don’t mind because it’s an adventure. We walk in and go directly to the triple loader machines in the back, put the comforter in, insert $ 2.75 quarters and we have 26 minutes until it’s finished. I started looking around and notice the entire place is spotless! I also see: ~ There is not one single machine out of order! ~ They’re open 24 – 7 and there’s always an attendant on duty. ~ The standard machines are $ 1 per load and dryers are $.25 for each 8 minutes. ~ They offer a fluff-n-fold service for $.99 per lb. ~ The largest washer can handle«6 loads» at once. ~ They have a matching 6 load dryer too!(First time I’ve seen this in a laundromat!) ~ CHECKINOFFER — 2 regular load dried for free! As I was speaking to the attendant Judi, she told me they are VERY quick to repair any broken machines. «As a matter of fact, yesterday we had 3 different washers broke down and they’ve already been repaired!» THIS is the reasons why I’m giving this Laundromat five stars!
