If you need your computer fixed this is the place to take it! Free diagnostic check and knowledgable staff… need I say more? The first time I had computer problems I took it to Geek Squad. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee (somewhere in the range of $ 59) just to determine what the problem was. As soon as I heard that I promptly walked out the door! I saw the banner advertising «Free Diagnostic Check» on my way to work on day and now I have been going to Light Speed for years. I have never been disappointed with their staff or their service just my computer… :)
