Do not use this company, Mike is Rude, argues every little question you have and id hard to deal with. he only uses one word responses. Horrible customer service!!!

Not sure how this company got high marks. The owner Michael does not even know whom his customers are when calling in, lied about paperwork being sent in to warranty company (had not done it yet), responds with one word answers «busy», etc. USE someone else.

Michael came through again. Had a washer that stopped working earlier this summer. Made the call late that afternoon and Michael was over the next day. After an hour and a half of time and a reasonable bill, the washer was back up and operational. It’s been heavily used and working great since.

Had a broken dryer that needed immediate attention — it needed an new heating element. The person we originally hired walked off the job and left the heating element and other parts disassembled. I called Michael late in the afternoon and he was there the next morning with the part and had it fixed in less then an hour. Great work, reasonably priced. I can recommend him without any reservation.

Micheal serviced my Bosch dishwasher that is around 7 years old. The main control switch was the problem. The fees for the main control switch and labor, plus and additional $ 40 to come out to my place was quite pricey.
At nearly $ 280 total, I felt a little taken. I was only able to save $ 20 with the Unilocal discount of get $ 80 for $ 60 and it didn’t make much difference in the end – especially in lieu of the coupon NOW on Unilocal,offering 30% off total bill! Mike said that Unilocal monthly fees are quite high and he barely gets anything out of them – well then I guess he is passing that loss on to me, the customer.
The job was done, an easy replacement of a part. Had I owned the tools to check the wiring myself I could have done the job.
#1) owning a Bosch means that you are at the mercy of whomever is willing to service them.
#2) living in FHIlls means that many won’t even consider travel to Shea and Saguaro without charging extra – which is ridiculous.
If anyone out there feels differently or similarly, please feel free to chime in.
