I had bed bugs and had a few treatments done, the prep work was a lot to do and the guy who came to spray said I had more work to do, so I did and apparently it was then good enough for treatment. I got into big trouble with the apartment manager and almost got evicted because my apartment was not «prepped enough». What would they do if someone worked full time and didn’t have time to basically tear the whole apartment apart for treatment? I was going through a medical crisis and had to go to the hospital, I didn’t have much time to finish the prep work.
I was told I would need two treatments, and after those treatments I still had a problem. They came back again to do yet another treatment, didn’t work. Another pest control company had to come out and finally got rid of them.

Had our apartment fogged today and a very rude, confrontational, technician came in. We followed the instructions given beforehand and the technician started listing off demands that weren’t on the list of what to do before the fogging took place (I checked it twice). He even threatened to leave so that we’d incur a fine from our apartment management. He then started spraying before we could pick up the dog’s water bowl and sprayed the bowl before we could pick it up. We couldn’t even get the dog out before the poison spraying started. While we were putting the dog in the car he closed and locked the apartment so we had to knock to get our shoes. A very unpleasant experience.

I live in an apartment complex that did all my building at once. Now I have had, I think his name is lou, in my home before and was always friendly and answered any questions I might have had. Last Wednesday he comes in and my apartment was read for a fogging. When I returned to my home I found the bottom of my box spring cut down the middle and ripped almost all the way off. Now I see the reason for it, but the fact that I was no even asked or at least TOLD about it was crazy. TO make matters worse this Employee just throw my mattress and box-​spring to the ground almost knowing off my tv. That is what I came home to. Just a complete lack of care of others belongings. Then to add gasoline to the fire that was boiling in me. When this LOU person come up to explain for her carelessness he talked to me like I was beneath him and how dare I question what he did. He told me «you weren’t F**king ready» then with a nice «F**k You» and a finger he left. I would advise to never let this person in your home! As for the company, well if they hired someone like that then how good could they be.
