Rezz Guns

Rotten customer service. Their Gun Broker name is AZ Guns-​R-​Us and their customer service is just as bad. I contacted them about a pistol i wanted to buy and was ignored. Go elsewhere… better prices and customer service can be found.

As much as it filled my need for a transfer, it did only that. So I guess mission was accomplished.
However, as nice as the people that work here are this place gives you an impression of disarray and confusion. I am not sure what it is, but I didn’t feel too comfortable in here. Everybody seems to be in on every transaction, and that is just weird.
Their inventory leaves for something to wish for, no matter what you are looking for. They don’t have a lot of anything, nor is it very organized. The few guns they have on display is marked with a price tag and the bare minimum information. I mean, I don’t expect there to be all information on a tag — but there needs o be more. I would never go in here and buy something on the fly — that just wouldn’t happen. I feel like I am kicking on someone who is laying, but this business is clearly not run very well nor effective.

I have to agree with the first reviewer there is nothing to buy there. the guys are very nice i use them for transfer and i had no issues. Otherwise there is nothing much you can get there, there is seriously nothing to buy, just random stuff here and there.
I still use them for transfer, but it wouldn’t be my destination if was looking for something rare or common.

I don’t exactly understand this place as a «gun store.»
Normally «gun stores» have things, like guns, bullets, shells, gun accessories, etc, to sell you as a customer.
Not so much with Rezz Guns.
I’ve been in four times, just on whims, as I live close by. And every time, they had NOTHING to sell me.
«Hey, do you have a cleaning brush and some gun scrubber?»
— No.
«Do you have any .308 ammo?»
— No
«Do you have Glock Mags?’
— No
This place is just odd. I never get a real good feeling go in here, sort of like something nefarious is going on and I am intruding on something I’d be better off not walking into.
I don’t think I’ll be going back.
