I’m so disappointed in the new management. I was advised that after going over the books, I had a balance from the former management. When I finally got through to someone(I don’t think I can post names here) to take my credit card info, I was thanked and told it would be taken care of(it’s an FSA Visa card. It’s not like anyone can use it to book a trip to Jamaica or anything). I checked my credit card balance a few weeks later for something else, and the funds had still not been taken out. So I called back — got a recording saying they were under renovation and please hold for someone. OK. Got an answering machine. I left a detailed message and my phone number. Still — nothing. I called a few weeks later, and although I got the same«renovation» message, I got to a live person who said either one of the two people I had asked for would call me back. It’s been two weeks. Nice enough to receive a «pay us now or we’ll adversely affect your credit» letter(Thanks, really. NOT!) but then to not even apply my payment or return my calls? What is going on here? That’s the admin part. And I have to say that I have switched dental offices, in part, because after the last procedure I wasn’t able to chew on my left side for four months without discomfort. I was too afraid to go back. Just getting me numb seemed to have been an issue — unique, fortunately, but enough to make me want to stay away. I wish them the best, but there are serious issues at this point. I would really appreciate a call back. THIS year. 2015.

I was looking online under my insurance website and I found this location which is very convenient(about 3 minutes from home). You might get a little lost the first time but it’s there. The staff is very friendly and the interior is clean which is something important when it relates to my health. I got a cleaning and some fillings, everything went smoothly. I would extremely recommend and if you need to make an appointment it won’t be months later like most dental practices.
