Swagelok Southwest

Fantastic customer service at the Will Call counter at Swagelok Southwest! I was in desperate need of the right parts to equip a biosafety cabinet with a vacuum pump and they solved all of my issues! I had been to Home Depot and Ace Hardware countless times to find the right adapters, but to no avail. Then, after downloading the manual for the legacy tissue culture hood that I was working on, I spotted a part identified as Swagelok. Fortunately, Swagelok had a local warehouse/​distribution center in my own backyard. They found the right parts, explained to me how to properly fit the hardware together and I finished the job of installing an ¹⁄₈ hp vacuum pump as my vacuum source.
I like to think I’m a manly man, but I still have a lot to learn when it comes to being handy. Luis at Swagelok provided all of the necessary expertise and hand-​holding (figuratively, not literally, mind you) to restore my machismo. Without his help and direction, and the ability to find the EXACT pieces that I needed, I would not have been able to get a crucial component of my work lab functional. I am thrilled to have found Swagelok and so happy they saved my bacon!
