The receptionist is RUDE, inadequate, and uncaring. I had FMLA paperwork that was time sensitive in order to protect my job and she failed to submit it when she was told to by the doctor; thus causing a delay in benefits and more stress about my employment situation.
The doctor herself makes you feel worse that you did going in. Absolutely absurd that «any» doctor, yet a psychiatrist, would tell you that «you need to get over it, and why are you concerned about your daughter and husbands; they’re adults and can take care of themselves». Hmmm, maybe because my daughter whom is 22 was thousands of miles away at college and needed jaw surgery; while at the same time my husband needed emergency back surgery… all while I am losing my mind and suffering from severe depression.
Would not recommend this office to anyone.
