My wife bought a riding helmet here. That same day she received a discount flyer in the mail. When she called to see if they would honor the flyer on her purchase, they told her that she should have received email notification of the discount and that they couldn’t help it if she didn’t receive it. The staff were rude to her and didn’t care about helping her at all. The rudeness was from the owner on down. I find it hard to believe that this type of attitude can prevail in this day and age, especially with internet competition. I choke to give a one star, but I have no choice. They don’t seem to realize that word will spread amongst the many horse owner friends my wife has and the lost of business it can cause. Customer service is NOT a priority with this business!!!
