Tow AZ & Recovery

Dan was awesome. Was right on time with my appointment, was friendly, took more care with my vehicle than I’ve ever seen a tow service do. Just all around great service.

I called Dan @ Tow AZ to get some help moving my big and heavy SUV across town to the Toyota dealer. He picked up the phone after just a few rings and I knew immediately that I was dealing with a professional. He is the Tow AZ company owner. I found out during my discussion with him that he is an ex-​Marine with expertise at heavy equipment transportation. We set up an appointment for the next day (early morning) at my request. The next day, he was right on time and it took him all of 15 minutes to get my truck safely loaded up. He was very good about answering all of the curiosity based questions that I had about his tow rig and the equipment that he uses. He is a really friendly and personable guy. Once loading was completed he provided me a detailed invoice and he then left for the final destination. About an hour later, he called me to let me know that he arrived safely, that he met with the POC which I had called out on a simple instruction sheet I gave him, and he made a point to let me know that he had given the key to the dealer representative as I had asked him to do. I am so very happy with the service Dan provided and if needing another tow in the future, he is my new go to guy. One recommendation for Dan, and something that I should have told him when he was picking up my rig, carry and proactively hand out your business card as you will have repeat customers. Oh yeah, and as far as pricing goes, Tow AZ cannot be beat. He was 40%+ cheaper than the other 3 companies that I called before I luckily stumbled across Dan’s company.

My car was just towed home by Dan @ TowAZ. He was the cheapest company that I called and stuck to his price (even though my car was locked, with no keys). He was also very fast, courteous and just a delight to do business with. Thanks again, my daughter and I appreciate you!

I don’t write reviews to be honest, but this time I had to make an exception. Called Tow AZ last minute and they were at my location within 30 minutes! Great service, friendly and great rates! By far the best service I have received from a towing company.

It’s not fun when your car breaks down, especially in the desert. When your stranded, it is such a relief to have a guy like Dan show up. Dan was fast, friendly and really cared about helping me. I would definitely recommend TowAz.

These guys are life savers! Dan came out and saved my daughter, so quickly! It was her first break down and she was stuck in an intersection in am rush hour. So fast, and friendly and what a great price. He drove her home and took her truck to the auto shop. I never even had to leave work. Thank You TowAz!
