Egg rolls all day baby fast and friendly service much better than the Montebello restaurant so I will come here

I don’t have much to say about this place. I only eat here when I’m lazy and its late. Its about the only place open all the time. The food is sub-​par and will make you feel like you swallowed a Cadillac. Then, make sure you have lots of toilet paper in the bathroom because everything will come out of you like lava. LOL I think they pride themselves on making everyone who comes here obese. Eat at your own risk. I’m out.

I just got breakfast from here a breakfast jack. While I was eating I feel sand, i look and there are eggshells in my sandwich. Luckily I looked before I swallowed.

This used to be 4 stars until I went there tonight and ordered a supreme croissant. This croissant looked large in the picture and with the first name «Supreme,» I knew it was what I needed. Unfortunately, the croissant was small, flat, and disappointing.

This place is AWFUL! Get my order wrong every time!
I love Jack in The Box. It’s convenient and I like their product to be honest. But this location is by far the worst. I’ve had 3 encounters where I’ve been unhappy. I love their breakfast but twice they’ve failed to take out the ham I didn’t want. (It’s not rocket science) pay attention to what you’re doing.
But that’s not a big deal right. Okay so next encounter I bring food back home and my boyfriends order is correct but mine isn’t even the right sandwich. So we go back and ask them to make my correct order and if they could remake his because it’ll be cold by the time we get home.
What really irked me was that a lady in the back spoke in Spanish and said «just put it in the microwave» thinking I probably wasn’t going to understand. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and said she might be talking about something else. But when we got home his food was so cold you couldn’t even eat it.
I swore I’d never go there again after that. But again, it’s convenient and so I go to pick up food for my boyfriend and this time thy get the fries wrong. Something extremely minuscule but it was the straw that broke the camels back so I called the company.
The guy I spoke with said I would get a call within 72 hours and I never did… this was about a month ago!
Needless to say this place needs new management and needs to retrain everyone there.
IM NOT EVER GOING BACK.

Was very disappointed tonight. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Instead of parking the car in front of me with a big order and serving the rest of the cars the car just waited. Then I received COLD fries. Major turnoff on ever coming back. Needs better staff and better manager.

I came in to get the chipotle chicken club! It’s back and a favorite of mine. I ordered asked for no cheese and was excited to get my food.
When I arrived home and started eating I realized a taste that was not what I expected. I have had this item many times before and have always been satisfied. I always have high hopes that my orders are correct, it’s always the simple things that make a meal great. I realized that what I tasted was cheese.
As I took apart the burger I realized that they had put cheese and then scraped it off. Really?! I thought. Like they couldn’t of just used a different chicken patty. Like its being taken from their paycheck. I tried to remove the rest but those who have had this happen know that cheese does not come off.
I’m just glad that I’m not allergic to cheese, it will just upset my stomach :/​
Seriously ruined the whole meal
Usually I’m not a bitcher about my orders but when anyone gets home they don’t wanna have to go back to tell them they fucked up. It defeats the purpose of take out.

Sometimes, I just gotta have those curly fries. Curly fries with bacon cheeseburger on the side. Coz that’s how I roll.

As for burgers, not so much. I’ll go for a big cheeseburger off the dollar menu.
DO NOT get a teriyaki bowl from here. They are awful and taste so cheap and generic.
Southwest salad with grilled chicken is fantastico!

Worst service ever !! The last two times I’ve came here its been drive thru it’s been so bad ! Especially the night shift staff. They suck so bad it’s ridiculous !! They are so rude when they take the orders over the speaker. I ask for condiments and when I get home there is no napkins and when I clearly ask for buttermilk they pretend to get me some and I get home NO buttermilk !! Tonight I went to get a salad and before I drove off I noticed I didn’t have no ranch or fork and I asked the girl at the window and she rudely respond there’s some in the bag and I pulled the salad out and said look no fork no ranch no napkins ! She quickly rushes to get them and quickly hands them to me all bothered and just walks away without apologizing or saying thank you! They are the worst employees I’ve ever encountered! I swear that’s the last time I’m ever going to this jack in the box !

Didnt go in, but drive thru was very speedy, and very friendly. Order was ok. So all good.

Surprised no one has reviewed this place yet… DIBS! I’ve been coming here for years. Its on my work-​home route. I normally go in the morning. JITB is always good in the morning cuz sometimes you don’t want to eat breakfast… What? No one else eats burgers for their first meal? Sheesh. They’ve never gotten my order wrong… big plus cuz I’ve been here many many times. The drive thru is fairly fast. The missing star is for the annoying drive through window that juts out far and you have to really stretch to pay & get your food.
