Let me first off by saying the was the best experience I have had with a locksmith. I locked my keys in my car and I called jimmy and he was there in less than 15 mins and it only took him a few seconds to get my car open. The cheapest prices in town and I would recommend him for anyone looking for locksmith work!

I have no idea if this is the normal way for Jim to conduct his business or not, but what I do know is that it has been over 48 hours since I attempted to acquire his services & I still have not heard back from him.
I was 250+ miles from home & needed a key made for my motorcycle trailer. I called & left a message on his cell phone Thursday afternoon &, alas, I had to finish the trip without a key or any response from Jim.
I am back home now & everything will be fine. However, if you are considering using his services, good luck in getting his attention and/​or a return call.
