Trying to purchase glasses prior to coming here, Mom and I were 0 for 2. We started out in this area, where we live, and thought we should venture out. So in the end we, due to our own fault, ended up circling back into own community to find quality customer service, reasonable prices, tremendous selections, and not a waste of time…#LessonedLearned

Been a happy customer since 2009. As always the service here is excellent. There were so many frames, it took me a minute to choose. I wanted to step out the box this time. Got some glasses that so not me. I’m gonna miss this place.

I was very pleased with the glasses I purchased from the optical center. The price was truly right for progressive lens’. This place tends to get crowded pretty fast! Lol That’s because the price is right! I got their at the right time was able to take my time and pick out my «budget» frames. Yes– they have budget plastic and metal frames! The opticians are friendly and when you pick your glasses up — they take their time to make sure you’re fitted properly! Thanks for saving the day #LensCrafters Owings, Mills was a HUGE LET DOWN! *I’ll add a photo later… Lol

In Maryland visiting a friend and my classes were so out of wack, I was having a very difficult time with them. I stopped in the Optical Center and saw Steve Grosshandler. He went out of his way to adjust my glasses, and I am extremely happy to have met him. If you want to get your glasses from a great place with exceptional customer service, this is it!

I have come to this location for years. The friendly atmosphere with a touch of feeling like family welcomes you. My appointment time is always on time. The doctor really go over any change in your life that may affect your eyes. She takes detail notes for each visit. The selections of frames are huge. Most of the time I get two pairs. They are able to turn any frame into shades. This is my go to spot for frames and repairs. The staff is small but awesome.

You wont get some superstar versace shades from here but they have some GREAT prices with durable frames. I took my mother there however and she wears bifocals with all the xtras so she couldnt get a deal however the frames were still from 20 – 40 a piece. I wasnt even looking for new glasses or frames but ended up getting Frames with Precscription Lenses INCLUDED for 36 $. That is unreal… Best part of this place is that they have probably 500 – 800 choices of glasses. No warranty I dont think but with a price of 36 $ you can go ahead and buy 3 – 4 frames as and not even care if you break em. I havent had a problem with any of the frames I got for over 3 years and I have gotten about 7 – 8 pair from them

Eye exam is only $ 40.00 which is great price!!! Plus nice service and good hours available.

I love coming here to get my glasses because I feel like a star! They have a real big selection of glasses no matter age or preference of metal or plastic. They have something for everyone.
Everytime I go someone picks out many glasses for me try on that fits the shape of my face. I select bunch of them and numbered down my choices. I like to go the «star» route but you are able to pick out your own glasses. They fit most budgets. You can chose to look at glass from the trays which are usually cheaper or you can pick glasses from the wall which is more expensive. You can have your glasses tinted for free here which is a bonus!
The also have a nice selection of brand name sunglass! Everyone there is helpful!
