My Derma Clinic Medical Aesthetics Spa

This place is not for relaxing. It is just full of stuff! The owner does not take responsibility or any concern when something goes wrong. There are so many other places where one can relax and enjoy.

The owner Margaret is not friendly. She is cold and intimidating. I felt extremely uncomfortable. She also doesn’t seem to care if she keeps you waiting while she goes about doing others things unrelated to you or your service. That said, the woman knows her stuff. She is hands down an amazing esthetician. Probably the best in Miami. If only she would get some people skills, especially as she is the owner, it would be perfect.

Omg! I have tried it all, creams, gels, lotions, diet, exercise, massage EVERYTHING on the market or in a doctor’s office or at a variety of spas statewide to get rid of those dimples aka cellulite but I just did my first cellupulse at My Derma Clinic and I am so excited. My skin is softer & smoother than any body wrap you can get anywhere, including the Ritz in Sarasota. Endomology bruises & does not last, this felt like I had just gotten a deep massage when it was done.
This place is the only place in town that even offers the treatment Madonna prefers (she bought the same machine My Derma Clinic uses when she underwent her dramatic body transformation years ago & now the machine is supposed to be better) which I don’t understand but I am so grateful that someone is savy with technology and offers cellupulse aka acoustic wave therapy to treat cellulite. That savy woman is owner, Margaret and My Derma Clinic is the only place in South Florida that offers it, I was ready to drive to Tampa (or fly to Texas, NY, CA or AZ) to get this treatment except that is quite a trip for the recommended one treatment for 6 weeks in a row! Incidentally, having done tons of research on this, i know that the fees are competitive to say the least.
No bruising, quick procedure & my skin is as soft & smooth after one treatment as if I did a series of other treatments or wraps or kneading so I am going back next week for more. I sought this technology out & figured I would be in some clinic but I was rewarded with an oasis of a spa!
The entire staff was professional & I was given herbal tea as my room was prepared for me. I felt like I was the only client in the world and I can’t wait to go back for more pampering & be dimple free in time for summer!

I’ve been twice for pedicures only and it is now my go-​to place for nails. The staff is very professional and really «work on you,» to give you the best possible results. My last pedicure, I was there for well over an hour (with no wait).
The ambiance and décor is awesome, especially if you like jewelry and trinkets. They have an incredible selection of items available to purchase all over the store.
I’ve seen some good looking hair come out of the stylist’s room and the next time I need it I’ll be giving her a try.
I didn’t want to pump them up too much, cause they are never overly crowded, but the owner and staff seem to work very hard and care very much about what they do, so they deserve all the business they can handle.

I really wanted to like this place, but I just can’t. I had an appointment for a parrafin mani-​pedi. I was ignored when I walked in, and when I was finally offered a drink, it was 15 minutes past my appointment time. There were no other clients in sight, so I don’t understand what happened. The mani and pedi were very sanitary, but they lacked the pampering and great quality products of other spas. For instance, they did not buff my nails or apply a treatment to them. My manicure chipped LATER THAT DAY. This has never happened to me before, not even when I paint my own nails. Frankly, I do a better job when I give myself a manicure. Sorry My Derma Clinic, you will definitely not be MY Derma clinic!
EDIT: I told the owner as much, and she responded with a curt, «[The manicurist] opened a new bottle of polish for you; I don’t know what happened.» She did not even offer to re-​do my nails!

I have been going to My Derma Clinic for about 8 months now and this place, well compares to some of the best spas I have visited.
I usually have different kinds of facials, microderms, peels, and lightwave sessions and derma clinics prices are absolutely a bargain without the compromise of what the high-​end spas have to offer you. full pampering service!
The owner definitely makes you feel like you own the place, talk about pampering! She use to be a lawyer, and knows what it takes to please her clients.
If you are looking for excellent service, reasonable price, and full pampering. do try Derma Clinic. I know you will not be disappointed.
