Went to pick up my clothes and my lab coat was missing. The younger gentleman that was there was very apologetic and said the they will find it and give me a call. He offered me a discount on my next visit. 10 days later I get a call saying they found it and that I could come get it anytime. I went in with more clothes and was met with another older gentleman. When I asked for the discount that was promised I was told«no, we didn’t lose it, it’s right here. We are giving you the coat back, so why would you deserve a discount?» There is no reason for a customer to have to pay for services that took 5 times longer than the promised time.

the worst like the other reviewers stay away from this horrible excuse for a dry cleaner. they either dont deliver your clothes on time or lose them if you care about your clothes take them anywhere else Oh and the owner Maritza Clop is the most unprofessional excuse of a business owner. She should take some lessons from her employees.

The only reason there is one star is because the cashier is so nice and innocent. The«owner» Claudio does not know how to run a business or speak to clients that are paying to keep it open. I live at the Colonnade in Dadeland. It’s a full service building with a doorman, guards, managers and other staff. 10 other dry leaning companies deliver there. I wanted to find a place that does pick up and delivery. I was leaving on a trip and needed my clothes so I took it. 2 weeks after I came back from my trip I had to go over there because«Claudio» couldn’t figure outs where to find a parking spot.(Instead of calling the building or me.) Then after holding my clothes for a month I picked it up and he said he would refund me the delivery fee like he was doing the favor of a life time. Did not even apologize. The order before that they lost my clothes and took 2 weeks to find it. I guess you get what you pay for. Do your self and your clothes a favor and go to a real dry cleaner.

I’ve brought my clothes to be dry cleaned many times and the clothes has been fine. If it were only a dry cleaning experience that I was reviewing, I would give 3 stars, but since it is NOT, please keep reading… Hemming clothes at One price and dealing with the owner’s husband– THEYDESERVENOSTARS. So here it goes. I dropped off clothes here a week in advance before my trip because I needed to get it shortened in the bottom. Mind you, this clothes was all Specifically bought for certain events on this upcoming trip I had. My clothes was supposed to be ready by Wednesday, 2 days before I left that Friday. To my utter dismay and quite frankly, horror, when I get to the place my clothes is not only NOT ready, but it’s not even THERE! I was obviously mortified and little by little started losing my patience with the lady who told me that she’s «sorry and that she has to find out where my clothes is and what’s going on with it…» Long story short I made her call the manager because after paying $ 50 to hem TWO pairs of pants(outrageously priced!!!,) there was no way I was leaving without my clothes. Apparently, the female owner did not pick up, it was her obscenely offensive male counterpart with whom I had the NOTSO pleasure speaking with. This man, Claudio, was so disgusting, abrasive, rude and offensive that I could not even BELIEVE he was a man of business. You do Not curse at or insult your customers, but this man did. The poor lady who worked there was even embarrassed at this man’s attitude and foul mouth, Even raising his voice to the point I could say he was screaming at me. Let’s just say– the man solved absolutely nothing for me. The lady in the front, feeling so bad for me, called the place where my clothes was at(a place in Little Havana, where the dry cleaning and hemming actually gets done) and asked the guy to PLEASE have it ready the next morning. Thankfully, he did and I picked it up 10 hours before I flew out of Miami. …Never again.

Worst experience at any dry cleaner or business of any place I have ever been. They ruined two brand new never worn shirts and would not even offer the $ 10 back — awful. Marissa the owner, was completely unhelpful and took five minutes to even speak to me directly. Instead having her poor worker deal with me in a store full of people

Customer service seems great at first. I paid for express service because it was minimal fee. You get what you pay for. The garments were late and was told to return an hour and a half later. Upon returning, still not ready and waited an additional hour. The garments were then not ironed correctly and when confronted, they apologized and offered to redo, of course extending the time an additional two days. I ended up ironing the garments myself. I still haven’t figured out what I paid for expect, wasting time. I won’t be returning.

I was looking for a good dry cleaning in Pinecrest and luckily I found this company. Great service, the owners were very nice. I am very picky with my clothes and many times a good outfit gets damage due to bad care from some of the other companies, these guys did a great job. My clothes was not only in good hands, but I requested for my clothes to be ready next day and they accommodated me. I think this is what really motivated me to write this review. I hope this helps others in Pinecrest.

I found One Price after being disappointed by the price and service of Sir Gallaway. My garments were cleaned, on time. You are greeted with a smile by the owner, and you walk away feeling that your business was appreciated. One Price is my dry cleaner of choice!
