Went in for Botox. After two hours finally had treatnment. Before that I received a high pressured sales pitch for over $ 500 products of skin care, then pressured for a a facial. I have gone back for Botox bc they are affiliated with Brilliant Disticnstions by Allergan the manufacturer of Botox. However I feel certain I did not receive the amount of Botox billed for as the lines on my forehead have not smoothed out. (in Comparison to lesser amounts received previously elsewhere that were effective). Disappointed. Went back once to have touchup because it wasn’t proper amount, won’t go back again. It feels the same way walking onto a Car lot feels… pushing more product, services to make a sale.

I do not recommend Dr. Melley! She gave me second degree burns on both of my arms with improper useage of the laser. I was interested in taking care of hyperpigmentation and unfortunately went to the wrong Dr. A test spot was never done, nor were the settings correct. A hard lesson learned for me, expensive, painful, scary and the possibility of future skin issues as I have now lost pigmentation from the burns. I have heard that she has a great estetician though.

went there this morning and had a facial by alicia. iafter my face felt completely dry. i love getting facials for two reasons, extractions and hydration! you know, i wash twice daily-​but the build up is why i go. where i used to go in savannah, ga-​i would have a great facial and all my pores would be clear! it was a waste of money-​also a little weird, she gave me a foot and leg massage? i did tip because it felt nice while she was doing it, but like i said. you are supposed to have a clear face after a facial and have your skin feeling good all day. she also did not even wipe away my mascara, i had to do that myself in the car. i will be i will be on the hunt for a better facial-​thats for sure!
true, someone did contact me to get a free facial to make up for my experience, but how awkward! no thanks. have a facial booked at the first health spa in pinehurst inside the gym. review to come! :)
