DONOT use this company. They put in a pool for us a few years ago, from day one we had problems that they have never addressed and we have spent almost as much money as they charged us for the pool and install trying to get it fixed… what a nightmare!!!

We bought an above ground pool from Mr. Pool in February. Already having problems with the pump in May! Their customer service is little to be desired. They are rude, and pretty much called my fiancé a liar without saying it outright! Why would he inconvenience himself to take apart the pump and take it to them to check out during his busy work schedule if there was nothing wrong with it?!? We will never call or go there again, and will not recommend them to anyone! Also, the pool installers(Greater Bay Pool) on their list of recommendations are worthless as well!

Omg. I spoke to Jim about my Hot Springs spa that needs warrenty parts. I have to say he is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I did not purchase my spa at Mr Pool but they handle the warrenty as an authorized dealer. He made sure I knew that and it was an inconvenience for him to be handling it. Talk about being treated like a second class citizen. This guy is bad news.
