Recently I bought a new slim Kenneth Cole suit for a wedding I was suppose to attend so I figured I should also buy a decent shoes that goes along with it.
I was here during my lunch break to look for decent shoes which would be perfect with my new suit. I enter the store and there were two young ladies working but none of them greeted me. I looked at some shoes in front shelving and didn’t find anything interesting so I made my way all the way to back closer to the counter but didn’t see anything that would catch my eyes.
I spent close to ten minutes on the floor and not one of the employee approaches me to offer help or helps. I walked out and still I didn’t hear thanks for stopping by or have a nice day.
No matter how good your product is, if your service don’t match up to it. IT WILL FAIL!
