Anne is the sweetest! It’s a nice quiet bar and everyone is super friendly. There’s a pool table too. Its chill bar to go to for a quick drink and to watch the game in peace. Definitely recommended for those who want to relax after a long day and not have to worry about the overly drunk people.

4 stars just for being the most divey-est bar in Pinole. Hours are unpredictable, as it closes when ever there aren’t any more customers(this seems to be a common practice in this small town, and I can’t blame them). This is the epitome of the«old man» bar. So, if you’re looking to day-drink and chill, amongst the professional drinkers… This is the spot.

Wow what a great little place! I can’t believe I waited so long to check this place out! Pretty quiet in there when we arrived but I think I’m starting to outgrow the crazy, packed and loud venue where you’re screaming at the top of your lungs to conversate or waiting a whole fifteen minutes to order a drink so the mellow atmosphere here was inviting. Very cool little neighborhood dive bar scene with 3 large tv screens playing a movie(mission impossible) or sports(football) or you could play pool(coin operated) or just simply sit at the bar and have some drinks(like me and my friend and everyone else)! Orrr this could very well possibly be the right place to have a secret meeting where you discuss conspiracy theories because no one cares what you talk about! Their drinks are strooong. Just imagine how many you can have at happy hour. Yeah, too, many. Good example. My friend and I arrived at 5:45. I had 3 vodka-sweet sour– seven up cocktails. I’m not usually a light weight but I felt a little buzzed after the first! At 8:30 I knocked over my glass of water by accident! What an embarrassment! The lady bartender was super nice. We will definitely be back for more drinks!

the villa is a neighborhood bar at the corner of a strip mall. drink pricing is posted on the front door so one gets a drift not everyone in the area has enough $$ to drink here. anemities: flatscreen(sports) and pool table drafts: bud, bud light,(2 ish), no microbrews bottled: hieniken, no micros? best bet well drinks(3) pour: gin tonic(3) pretty strong. on draught –well drinks the way to go here –seating at long bar or at scattered tables. –quiet in the afternoons.

Cant smoke inside anymore. City of Pinole Cops and the Health Dept. came in to tell em that despite the State law allowing sole proprietors to allow smoking, the City has a law saying no smoking no matter what. Sucks. Fashiste.

After seeing Kyrus L. review of this joint I had to try it out. This place IS a dive. More dive-ish than any other bar I’ve been to in Pinole. Which is saying alot. And yet, even with that said, It’s kind of a cool joint. The bar is owned by asians, you can see the asian good luck stuff around. The asian male bartender was very friendly and knew I’d never been there before and wanted me to come back. I ordered a tall rum and coke, house rum. $ 3! now that’s cheap! There were two couples already there when I showed up. And no music playing. So kinda quiet. Not cool for me. But maybe on a weekend it would be just alittle better? Either way, I plan to go back.
