Two days after Landmark Pool did the opening, I went to vacuum and found all the debris that was on the cover of my pool at the bottom. The debris was so much, filled off branches, tons of leaves and dead birds etc. All of these things could not have snuck-in under the cover over the winter as Landmark Pool owner seem to insinuate when I called to complain. It definitely could not have entered the pool in the two days when they opened my pool and when they said I should vacuum. The owner said he would send his crew within a couple of days to help us to clean up the mess but they never showed up. I tried calling again after a week and my calls were avoided. It is a shame that a little company that needs the local business would be so unprofessional. I regret that I not only paid the bill right away the day my pool was cleaned but I also tipped the pool guys generously for less than a half hour of work. Thumbs down!
