I have been to this outpatient service several times and always find it efficient, staff very helpful, professional and make give you a casual ease. The facility is clean, and they process you quickly in and out. Their follow up is also excellent. Thanks for the great service!

So I had surgery yesterday morning at this amazing surgical center. The nurses and staff treated me like family. From the time I walked in til the time I rolled out, they made sure I was comfortable and warm. Kerri and Heather were so kind. They really cared about me. Dr. Hack was great, he explained about the medicine he would be giving me. I felt like we were friends, he was really cool. I would recommend Coastal Surgical Institute in Pismo Beach anytime. If I could give them more stars I would. Bless you all

On two different occasions, I had the pleasure of Dr Fryer’s steady hands during carpal tunnel release. Funny and personable, his staff were great during both procedures. His RN Sara B. was the best! Definitely recommend!

No one is really a fan of having to get any sort of procedure done and it is very low on my list of things I really want to do, but the staff at Coastal Surgical Institute were so pleasant and put me at ease that I want to return to this center for future procedures, heaven forbid I need them. The staff made me feel very comfortable and really listened when I told them about my phobia of needles, the nurse brought me extra blankets and allowed me to keep my ipod on with calming music. They took every effort they could to make sure I was comfortable and I really appreciate it. Thank you staff at CSI!
