This place has since closed. No active online store or ebay account. Mailed in over 30 screens and never received payment like the rest. The scammer, Joseph Mccarthy, has packed up and left. Always promised to send check or parts but never did. This guy is a pile of $#;+!

I don’t know about mobile repair, but I have had the worst experience with their LCD buyback program. I sent some LCD’s in during the beginning of August and I have still not received my payment for them. I was sent a offer for $ 85 and accepted, but after providing my address I never received my check! I called (got voicemail every time) and emailed numerous times and never got a response. Finally I faxed a typed letter threatening to go to the BBB and possibly seek legal counsel since I had not received my money and I got a timely response from Joseph who apologized for the delay of my payment, but then insulted my intelligence by telling me the economic status in China was the reason they hadn’t responded to my emails or calls. He basically told me to get real and relax as if it was no big deal it was taking almost a month to receive my check. Remind you by this time I’m sure my LCD’s have been refurbished and sold to other people. He promised my check would be in the mail on Wednesday September 9^th, 2015. It is now September 22, 2015 and I still have NOT received my check. Last time I checked it does not take over 7 days to receive first class mail from New Jersey to Virginia. Sad part is I have purchased LCDs for the purposes of repairing phones from these people and never once had an issue. I guess they are good at taking money, but not good at paying what they owe. I will never do business with them again and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
