Got 2 donuts and a banana nut muffin. The apple fritter was good, the blueberry cake was ok, but the muffin was horrible, stale, and hard as a rock. I threw the muffin way. I have never had a muffin that hard. I won’t be back.

The owner is extremely rude! Won’t be back! Cash only which is not a problem except she is a complete asshole about it. I would rather drive farther then deal with this bad customer service!

Fresh donuts. Clean inside & semi-friendly workers. I went in on a Monday morning and it was packed full with customers! It was crazy. I got a maple bar(.95c) to go. It was pretty good. They don’t have iced coffee which is kind of frustrating, but I’ll deal.

Fresh donuts at an affordable price. I love their old fashion glaze donuts(not too dense and not too greasy)

CASHONLY, MISAMIGOS! I have stopped in this place a handful of times in the past few weeks(Honest! I’m not just saying that so you guys don’t think I’m a voracious sugar-grubbing crumb-snatcher) and each time I’ve been impressed by the fast-paced and friendly demeanor of what seems to be the owners of the business. A sweet woman and a dapper fellow(um, yes, I did just use that phrase and you’re welcome to borrow it anytime you like!) help guests out with their morning coffee and sweet treats. I found this place recently after we moved to a nearby city and in a fit of five-in-the-morning-getting-ready-for-work rage realized that those precious, precious Keurig«K-cups» were sealed up in some box in the garage… Far, far away from the actual Keurig brewer that stared back at me snidely from my counter top. Miles and miles later, driving down Railroad, I spotted a ridiculous line for that societal sin known as Starbucks and laughed to myself.(Daddy didn’t raise no fool, juheard?) But glimmering like a beacon of hope literally two paces from that damn Starbucks drive-through was Al’s! And inside was a big ol’ cup of coffee for me for only $ 1.10! In that two-minute sprint from my car to the counter(and back… I didn’t just say there for a lifetime although that has crossed my mind), I became a loyal Al’s enthusiast. P. S. Yesterday I had a guest at my house and decided to make a trip to Al’s to grab some donuts for her. She said they were beyond delicious and cursed me for only buying her two!

We came in and quickly ordered 12 donut holes, a donut, and hot chocolate. But we didnt realize it was CASHONLY! ! So he let me take the hot chocolate but we walked around to starbucks and were denied for cash back. We found a liquor store with an atm and came back to pay. He surprised us with a free donut! Great service and cheap prices!!!

Good donuts, which is all one can ask for. Sometimes their selection is quite limited; guess you gotta get there early if you want a specific kind. There is often a large group of older Hispanic? /Mexican? /Latino?(not sure what the politically correct term is these days) gentleman sitting around with coffee & donuts for a guy’s morning meet up, I suppose, and taking up most of the available seating… so be prepared to take your morning goodie to-go. There is also a Starbucks WITH A DRIVETHRU in the same parking lot, whoot whoot!

I got a half dozen last week, they were small, looked old, tasted all right but was not impressed(Safeway equivelent), the Al’s Donuts on Lone Tree is far better in my opinion.

Great Donuts! This is the best doughnut shop in this area. I love the chocolate raised bars, the cake donuts, and the old fashioned doughnuts. All their doughnuts are always made that morning and very fresh and very tasty! Be sure to come early as they are usually closed by about 1. Make sure you bring some mula, because they are a cash only business!

Great donuts, great pricing, and great selection! My new favorite donut place. The best thing about them is that not only do they make a quality donut, they don’t run out by 8am.

Best doughnut shop in the greater bay area! Sure, it’s not the biggest or the flashiest, but their doughnuts taste great. Shop owners and workers are the friendliest I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and if you come near closing time(which varies day-to-day, whenever they run out of doughnuts), you’ll score some free ones. I always try to tip and purchase a coffee and they just keep piling free doughnuts into the box. I love this place, I come here every week!

One of the best donut shops in Pittsburg. Friendly owners with friendly and old timer patrons. Come in and dine with these good people everyday. Come in near closing time, about 1−2pm, and you will get a free donut if there are unsold donuts which is uniikely because they are always sold out by noon time.

Want a good old fashioned donut? This is a cool lil spot. Get in, Order, Pay and you’re out the door! Suggestion come early the earlier the fresher the donut and more choice you have. It has a few small tables and chairs if you do decide to sit and enjoy your choice of sugary goodness. CASHONLY.
