I deal with Autozone’s commercial people, and they’re always super friendly, knowledgeable, and have the right part at the right price. The part quality is average or better, and the commercial staff’s friendliness really adds to the experience.
I’d give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that several times, I’ve called the main store and received a pretty poor attitude on the other end. It’s just the irritated tone of voice, like they’re mad that I even dared to call, that puts me off a bit. As a result, my non-​work purchases will probably still be made elsewhere. If you’re a shop owner or parts worker, though, this place is really good to deal with.
