Craft Heating and Cooling

Kudos to a company that helped me out of a dire situation. I recently suffered the loss of my air conditioning in my heat pump due to a power hit. I had a bad repair experience with a competitor who had recently serviced it.
I then called Craft heating and met with them. Although they recommended total replacement they made sure that I would get only what I needed and not try to oversell. The team is professional and I got my new unit installed within a 2 day time frame. Their workers are bonded and insured and none of my other electrical devices were affected while the work was taking place. Everything is working perfectly again!
They do stand by their work. This is my first Trane unit and I know I will be very happy with the new equipment. Credit cards are accepted and they do offer special financing arrangements.
It is my goal to use them to maintain my new equipment. I am very grateful for all they did to help restore my air conditioning.
