I may have confused the sales person when I came in here, but he redeemed myself. Much like my visit to Spencer’s earlier in the day I was looking for earrings for myself. I asked if they had the type I was looking for and was told almost immediately that they didn’t have any. However, they did, the guy forgot they just started carrying the type of earrings I needed.
Unfortunately the new merchandise was the wrong size and too big for me, bummer. The sales associate did inform me that if I wanted to order some earrings all I needed to do was go to their website and order, or write down the product number of the item and come into the store. By coming back to the store with the number they can order the item and have it sent to the store and you save on shipping costs. It might seem like a little bit of a hassle, but to me, that is convenient.
The associates were nice to deal with in here as well. Professional and courteous to everyone that entered.

I have a tween in the family and I can always find something to gift her in this store.
I purchased a black and neon pink Hello Kitty belt with a car seat buckle that she wears every day. If you are buying a gift for any of the following: video game fans, horror movie fans, cartoon fans, Hello Kitty Fans… really the merchandise in Hot topic is great for ages 5 to 55! I kid you not.
This store is just fun, the staff is great they greet you with a smile ask if you need assistance and if you say no THEY LEAVE YOU THE HELL ALONE! Something that almost never happens in a lot of mall stores.
I have spent probably a quarter of my life’s earnings shopping at Hot topic, not all at once but over time been shopping here since I was 16 and loving it.
Ok, ok, ok the shelves are lined with Twilight Saga merchandise but really you can still find some pretty awesome punk/​goth/​grunge wear if you are looking for it. And for the ravers!!! They have tutus and neon colors galore, I’ve got a closet full of them they hold up very well.
This one’s for the ladies. Hot topic has the sexiest thigh high stockings with decorative bows. They even have them on clearance a lot of the times I have been able to find pairs for less the $ 4.00.
Oh wait a minute I purchased a couple of horse shoe rings here once!!! They were made of stainless steel supposedly with a pink finish on the outside worse body jewelry ever! Do not spend any money on their body jewelry you will regret it at least I did. I have purchased many a stainless steel ring and none have deteriorated so badly as the ones I got from hot topic. With that aside, this store is great, it’s no longer goth wear only it’s a real crowd pleaser.
