Don’t know who she is by name cause there are no name tags but your overnight server is top notch. You are lucky to have her

Good coffe and food but extremely rude staff who ignore you when you walk in and yell at you when you couldn’t hear what they said

Decent coffee. Cash only… It was a good thing I had a tenner on me, or I would have had to drive away without ordering. The toasted bagel with butter was just okay — super bready, but satiating. My sister didn’t enjoy her iced coffee. Stick with donuts and a regular cuppa.

I just moved to Pittston and I was in search of coffee and donuts for the movers. I was looking for a bear claw for the truck driver. Also, I was hoping to find my new«donut place» on this adventure. I was super pumped that this place has a drive thru. I didn’t use the drive thru, but I envisioned my future self using it on mornings I wanted donuts and didn’t want to change out of my pjs. See!!! I WANTED to like this place. It’s so close to my house. I WANTED this to be my donut place, but it definitely is not my donut place and it won’t be. I walked in and there were some customers seated to the right of the counter and 1 lady working. It wasn’t busy, but seemed to be doing ok. I stood at the counter looking at the donut selection. The register was right in front of me. The lady working stopped at the register, rang up a check, took the change to the customer, then moved some money around some more… right in front of me… maybe putting her tip into a separate container… I don’t know? What I do know… is that the entire time I was standing there… right in front of this lady, she didn’t acknowledge my presence in her shop until she was done all this other stuff. What happened to «hi there. I’ll be with you in a just a minute.»?? I don’t even need you to be super happy about it. Just say something to me. No one wants to feel invisible when they walk into a shop like this. The lady working made me feel completely invisible. It was as if she couldn’t care less whether I was in her shop or not. I’m a patient person. I don’t mind waiting if you’re busy doing something else. No problem, just make me feel like you see me, at least! Even a glance at me and a smile would have done the job… but I got nothing. She eventually decided to ask me what I wanted. I asked if they happened to have bear claws, even though I didn’t see any. They didn’t have any. I was so thankful that they didn’t have any so I had an excuse to not buy donuts here. Did I HAVE to have a bear claw for the driver? No. Would it have been nice? Sure. Did I find a better donut shop with WAY nicer people working? YES!!! 315 donut shop is awesome. Did 315 donut shop have bear claws? Nope. Did I end up buying 2 dozen donuts and loads of coffee from 315 donut shop? YES!!! Why? Because I like good donuts, but I like nice and pleasant people even more. I drive by the donut connection almost everyday and I am so thankful that I have a way better donut shop to go to.
