I would highly recommend Kingdom Heating and Air. I have a 7 year old home in Selbyville with 2 Zones that I admittedly have neglected getting an HVAC check done on. Rick was a pleasure to work with and he performed a very thorough maintenance check on both systems and helped diagnose and remediate a small condensation issue. I am remote and could not be there so he even sent me photos. Rick was extremely courteous and helpful and I am very happy to have my systems under contract with Kingdom Heating and Air.

I had a great experience with this company. Rick is a pleasure to work with and the prices are reasonable. I called on a cold Saturday afternoon after replacing my thermostat didn’t fix the problem with my furnace. Rick showed up (ahead of schedule) and spent over an hour troubleshooting and testing my unit. He was meticulous in his analysis and clearly explained what the problem was (a bad switch). Being that I’m from out-​of-​state, he was flexible in his follow-​up visit and, as well as billing.
