took my girlfriends nexxis five in to get the screen replaced… the first new AFTER MARKET part they conveniently left out saying… the screen was a defect then we waited for the second one they installed it worked then five days later without dropping, jogging, or smahing or crushing unit, It started to defect & they denied me of ANY! type of customer satisfaction… Me personally bieng in the retail business i would suggest not to take any cell phone device of any type to this business
