I’ve owned three Kendon trailers. The first two were destroyed by people who rear-​ended us but the third has dodged that grisly ending for the last decade. I contacted Kendon about servicing my trailer before a cross-​country haul. When I dropped off the trailer, Juan took the time to go over everything with my trailer that seemed suspect due to age and use. He mentioned the new improvements on the new trailers including the ride-​up trailers. I inquired as to whether or not they could retrofit my trade with that option. Sure enough, they could. A week later, Juan had completed a full inspection, update, and overhaul of my trailer. LED lights, repacked the bearings, and installed the ride-​up rear deck. He even replaced the few mounting brackets with surface rust and wire brushed off the surface rust in a few places on the frame. In short, I feel that I received a new, updated trailer. They also gave me a very nice discount given the amount of work they did on the trailer which I greatly appreciated. I feel that Juan and everyone at Kendon did a great job on the initial trailer and followed through with fantastic service and feature updates on the trade. Thanks to everyone at Kendo !
