I tried to order over the phone. Employee asked if she could put me on hold, I politely said yes. 5 – 10 mins later still no response from the employee and they hung up on me. I called again same thing. I was put on hold and then was hung up on. Poor phone service.

Pick Up Stix is such a nice place to come too, for a simply tasting meal.
My boyfriend and I chose their lunch combos. He ordered the beef, with brown rice, and upgraded to a vegetable spring roll. I decided on the house special chicken (my favorite), with noodles (no rice for me) and the cream cheese wontons.
The food was hot, presented well, and tasted great. They include a fortune cookie, as well.
The drink station includes your usual sodas, but two tea selections off to the side. One was a mango flavor, which I enjoyed.
This location is in a small strip mall, but easily accessible, with ample parking.
They also offer kids meals, catering, tvs for viewing, an outdoor patio, ipad gaming stations on one table, and stuffed animal mascots for purchasing.

Came here because I had gift cards to use up. I wasn’t expecting anything special but was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff and the really good food. I got a Chinese chicken salad. The dressing delicious and the chicken is good quality. I am happy I stopped in, will be back!

Asked for the Firecracker from Abby and when I got home received the Kung Pao instead not sure how that could be confused. Long story short spilled the food all over my car seats and floor on the way back place definitely gets epic one star.

I love Pick Up Stix, especially this location. Both, the Cashier’s and Chef are great listeners. They always get my special orders correct and perfect. We got the Asian Chicken Salad (one of the best dressing ever) and house chicken. Both entrees were amazing. I also really enjoy their fried rice, it’s simple and not too overwhelming with too much salt and flavors. This particular Pick Up Stix location is also super consistent with their customer service, which is nice. In addition, it’s always super clean and the price is fair for what you get. At times, they would text you their specials if you join their rewards program. A few years ago, they modified their menu and it was pretty bad, so glad they came back as Pick Up Stix.

I call in an order about once a week at this location. Every employee I’ve encountered has always been nothing but friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious… way better than Panda! My favorite is shrimp and vegetables with fried rice. The cream cheese wontons are awesome. I love that everything is made to order. I’ve never had to wait over ten minutes for my order, I just call in and drive over and it’s always ready. Thanks, Pick Up Stix!

Pick up sticks is one of my all time favorite fast food places but this location is the worst. I’ve had nothing but problems. Today my food was burnt and I had it to go so I didn’t realize till I got home. And last time my boyfriend ordered gluten free chicken and they have him regular, thankfully we noticed before he ate it. Love the food avoid this location at all costs.

I come here often after they re-​opened .
Their 400-​calorie entrees are really good .
My favorite is the Thai Coconut-​Curry chicken.
They use fresh veggies and cook to order.

Just got back from a late dinner here and I have to say I was very impressed. We had never been there so we did not know what to order. The girl at the counter was so helpful and patient with us. She gave us a few suggestions, told us what was popular, told us her favorites.
I ordered the grilled salmon salad, my daughter ordered the pad Thai with tofu and my husband ordered a vegetable chicken dish. We all loved our food and It was so nice to have bright fresh vegetables that weren’t overcooked or drowned in sticky sauces. The ginger dressing on my salad was amazing.
I will definitely be going back. Great service, great food and clean restaurant.

Pretty terrible service. I walked in and the girl at the front was just talking on the phone not even acknowledging I was here. Also way too over priced I could be eating ribs at lazy dawg café with an ice cold beer for cheaper. Food is still good though so they at least get a couple stars.

This place is by far the best «pick up stix» ive been to.
Its very clean, the staff are very helpful, and the food is great!
I always order the beef & brocolli entrée size and it was more than enough for myself.
The food tasted like it was fresh and i enjoyed the meal.
They have a big Tv as well so you can watch it while you eat.
I would give this place 5 stars but it was FREEZING!!! I mean i dont mind the cold but when its cold outside and its colder inside, theres a slight problem.
I will come back for some more beef & brocolli though!

I’ve always been a fan of Pick up Stix. In my opinion, it’s pretty hard to find decent Chinese take out. Panda is just ok if you’re desperate, but really only if you’re desperate.
I am not sure what people expect from Chinese take out. There’s only so much they can do to make it good. If you are expecting to get amazing Chinese food, go somewhere like PF Changs.
I think Pick up Stix is definitely worth it if you’re in the mood for Chinese but don’t have time, money or proximity to a sit down restaurant. Oh, and I love their chicken fried rice.

I was just recently in this restaurant when it was a Zhang’s Bistro. While the food at Zhang’s was average at best I found that the food I had at the new Pick up Stix today was good. We had the orange chicken and crispy honey chicken both with brown rice. The chicken was just slightly crispy but was good and the rice was good also. The inside of the restaurant is bright, new paint and light fixtures and menu board. I thought it was really neat that they have 2 iPad style tablets at the front where you can surf or play games for free.
The servers were very helpful, they brought our food out promptly, they also offered to clear away our trays as soon as we were done. Good experience at the new ‘Stix’, I’m sure we’ll be back to try other things since its so close to our home.
