My experience with this attorney was amazing! He worked on my case for 2 years and took care of absolutely everything for me. Literally all I had to do was show up to court and sit there. He did all of the talking, all of the paperwork and all of the research for me. I’ve never been in court for anything before and I was beyond nervous. After the first court appearance I knew I had nothing to worry about and wasn’t nervous at all going to the rest of the appearances. He always had the best interest of my daughter in mind and only listened to exactly what I wanted for her. Ultimately he ended up winning my case hands down and we got the best possible result for my daughter. I could not have been happier or had a better attorney representing me!
I hope no one else ever has to go through any kind of custody or family matter in court, but if you ever do, this is definitely the man to handle your case for you. He makes you feel like you are the only case he is handling and actually listens to what you want and takes a true interest in your case. If you’ve ever had to deal with an attorney before you already know that these are traits and qualities you usually do not find in them.
I could not be more happy with the work he did for me, I would give him 10 stars if I could!!!

First of all I was opposing him in court so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind I «won» my case against him so to speak so this is not a bitter post because I «lost»…
Now the problem with this very arrogant man is clearly lack of professionalism. He was laughed at and confused the court staff including the judge multiple times during the trial. His questions asked of witnesses had no relevance to the case and were very poor, and many times thrown out. He was charging over $ 250 an hour and was one or the worst attorneys I had to defend myself against. There are many other professional attorneys in the Placerville area that could help you out much better.
However keep in mind if you have a losing case and other quality attorneys won’t take your case, I would bet he would! So if that is what you are looking for then this is the «lawyer» for you…

What a joke this attorney is… He painted a beautiful picture at consultation but at the court hearing it was complete opposite. He didn’t talk to my fiancé for a recap, was completely unprepared, and all that was said from him was «um, um, um» when he was trying to make his arguement. The most sad thing about it is the other party didn’t even have an attorney and he couldn’t even win the case! All he cared about was $$$ and had made no efforts to argue or win the case. Do not hire him as a family law attorney!!!
