I’ve shoped at this hardware store for over 15 years and have found the owners and staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgable about all things hardware. Never had a problem with a return. They know what area residents need and want and stock the right stuff.

I like to feel comfortable while I shop. I do not like to be followed as if I am going to pocket something when no one is looking. (Store Tailgating). Sometimes I like to just take my time and cruise a store. The old man at the counter who may be the owner is not very freindly. He is not rude, just doesn’t seem approachable.
