I received excellent service from this auto shop. Steve and his workers were all very polite and easy to work with. When I brought my Ram 1500 in with a clogged catalytic converter, I was impressed that they were able to have my truck back to me in less than 24 hours with a new converter, with a reasonable hourly rate.

Okay first off my husband and I have two vehicles, and dodge Durango and a Toyota truck. They both have been worked on by Wardens, they did just the bare minimum of work and nothing else. I took my Durango in for front end work … months later come to find out my alignment was bad they never told me hey go get an alignment right away, let us do an alignment for you for additional cost… not one mention of needing an alignment. They took my 1200.00 dollars and got me out the door. And don’t go by estimates on their work because what ever they quote you it gets doubled. My family has used them for a long time, but last year something changed and we will never give them business again. I have my Durango at Auto Analyst today after 4 hours of trying to give it an alignment they recommended we never go there again. The same with my husbands truck… they did ½ the job and now he is needing the same work over again. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is expecting honest work! They have lost business on all 5 of our families cars!

These guys are outstanding. I have a diesel motorhome with air brakes that needed brake work done before our Christmas trip to Phoenix. I phoned around trying to find a shop that would work on the brakes but nobody wanted to touch it. Finally one shop recommended Steve Warden so I gave them a call. Yes, they worked on air brakes, so I took my motorhome in and left it.
And then it started snowing.
I hadn’t «winterized» the water system so now I was worried about broken water lines. Steve got out a big heavy-​duty extension cord and plugged in the RV to keep it warm inside. His mechanic worked outside in the snow repairing the brakes. There was so much snow I had a hard time driving my car back up their driveway.
Even with the horrible weather the brakes were done on time and they performed flawlessly on our trip. You guys are awesome!
