I was so upset at this place I walked in and walked out, this was truly the worst Taco Bell ever. My 2 year old son got sick from driving on weavy road and we stopped to get a bite here, as soon as we walked in the door my son through up, since he is only two and can’t express his sickness feeling he vomited on the floor. My husband took him to the bathroom and I went up to the cashier lady who was middle aged women I was polite and didn’t interrupt her checking out a customer so I wanted till she finished, once she was done chit chatting with the customer I told her my son through up and if I could get some paper towels or someone to clean up. She gave me the nastiest attitude on her and sad«your song through up?» I was too worried about my son to hold a fight with her but I just apologized again and sad yes he through up. I was so upset with her ugly face I had to get out as soon as I knew my son was ok. What a shitty place I hope this owner hires people with a little bit more dignity towards little kids .oh and not to mention she resumed to talk to the customer and just ignore me totally after I sad that then she could have cared less to look for someone to come and clean right a way since it was right by the front door

As much as I love Taco Bell. I don’t really like this location. They have forgotten at least one item from my order every single time I come here. I then have to drive back and have them make the food they forgot to put in the bag. Now, when I come here I sit in the drive through and make sure everything on my receipt is really in my bag. There is good customer service though, the employees are all nice and apologize when they realize they forgot something. Also it is apparent to me that Taco Bell is no 5 star restaurant, but I think they could roll their burritos a little neater so they don’t fall apart through the bottom every time I get one!

I wished this Taco bell made my 3rd time the charm. unforutanlty this wasn’t the case. last two occasions i ordered CINNABONDELIGHTS, were cold. Third time me being a sucker for cinnamon i decided to give another shot and order 8pc and specifically told the order taker that last time 2 time i ordered they were cold and old. she told me she’d make sure that i get fresh this time. after waiting for 5 minutes, all still got served cold. Went back and asked to see the manager, after 2 minutes of waiting his answer was«sorry, i can’t give you refund»… I left the CINNABON delights on the counter and left. Not going back to this location again or ordering anything sweet.

I think I’m done with this location. I visited the other day and got a combo, the one with nachos and a taco. I chose Dr. Pepper for the drink. Also ordered a bean burrito with no onions, as I’m borderline allergic to them. I saw on the receipt that they had indeed recorded my «no onions» request. Total was almost nine bucks. Ouch. Firstly, the Dr. Pepper was flat, and tasted ‘off’. Undrinkable. The nachos were fine, as was the taco. I go to take a bite of the burrito, and you guessed it… it was loaded with icky, cubed, raw onions. DISGUSTING! I spit it out the window of my car while driving up highway 50 and cursed the day the person who made that burrito was born. I nearly threw up, it was so disgusting. So, in addition to pretty much being guaranteed of getting an undrinkable soda with your meal at this location, you can count on getting at least one item on your order screwed up in some fashion. Since the other Taco Bells in Placerville and Pollock Pines suck too, I’ll have to eat Taco Bell in Sacramento, where they’ve got it figured out.

I ate here many times. Friendly staff and fast service. Open early, good location. They make a good bean burrito. Lots of parking.

We were all driving up to Genoa NV yesterday, got an «early» 9AM start, and had a full tank of gas. I was hoping to drive straight through and make it over the Kingsbury Grade in record time. However at Placerville, the Kid announced he was«starving», Gayle wanted some coffee and a break, and the hounds needed be walked so they could«do their business». So I reluctantly pulled over and hoped to be back on the road in a matter of minutes. Gayle and I were happy for just coffee and a sweet roll, but the Kid needed more and made a run for the border. The nice thing about chain restaurants is that they are usually consistent no matter where you go. This Taco Bell easily met my modest expectations. And we were back on US50 in no time.

This was the first taco bell that ive been to in like 5 years, so i dont have much to compare it to, but it was clean, restrooms included, and they were fast and efficient, and even freindly, and for a fast food restaurant, it left me a bit impressed. At one point, I even thought that a couple of the employees may have had more than a high school education, which is rare for a fast food establishment.

They messed up my mom’s order and then fixed it, but then they made my mom feel like it was her fault. In addition to that I got sick the next day, and I’m not saying that it’s Taco Bell’s fault. I am just saying that I ate here, and then I was sick.

2 tacos means 2 tacos; not one and not three… two! A better bet than the Taco Bell Express on Fair Lane. This place has a few employees that like to march around a lot not really accomplishing anything — I think they think they’re their for themselves, not the customer. I have registered a number of complaints about this place in the past… but what’s the point. All I ask for is what I ordered and a pleasant smile — even if it is fake.

It’s Taco Bell — what can you say? Mexican food for people with one taste bud and two braincells… This place burnt down about a year ago. It was rebuilt. They should have quit while they were ahead. If you’re in this part of town looking for fast Mexican food, drive a mile east up Broadway to the Tijuana Taqueria — you’ll be glad you did.
