The Pool Place

OOO the pool place! This place has a soft spot in my heart. They have nothing but good service, they actually care about their customers. How do I know this? I used to work here and will always have good things to say because how we were trained by Mike. He knows his stuff ! This means that the girls know their stuff too because he wouldn’t take anything less. I started out as a customer and was always impressed in the customer service at this establishment. They sale top of the line products for summer, and it turns into a Christmas store in winter; full of decorated Christmas trees! They also engrave rocks and headstones with the company name «Sierra Monuments». So many talents and different products in this one store its nothing but AWESOMEEEE!

Mike and the staff at The Pool Place are the best. We have an old pool filter from the late 1970’s. We needed a new o-​ring. Nobody online could give us the correct o-​ring. But Mike knew what we needed and had the right size. Amazing. You can go down the hill from Placerville to the other pool supply places, but why spend the time and money when The Pool Place is the best. Did I say the staff is also very friendly and helpful too!

I’ve never met Mike in person, but he was great on helping me pick an above-​ground pool over the phone. Connected us to a great installer, and had great advice as I was making different choices. The one recommendation of his that I ignored, I was sorry later on.

We just installed a sand filter with the help of Mike at the Pool Place. It does everything he said it would!!! With his recommendations we were able to install it with no problems. We are so happy to have this store available. They have never steered us wrong. Thanks for the sparkling pool!
