The best hotdogs around. I’ve tried many of there different dogs and I loved every one of them. If you want to try something different this is definitely the place to go. So many different varieties of different style dogs. And if you just want a good olé fashion Chicago style dog there the best for that too. Also the service is always awesome! I definitely recommend going here if you love hotdogs.

Being born and raised in Chicago these hot dogs are not like any «Chicago» hot dog I’ve ever seen. I’ve only been here twice simply because I’m concerned with the color of the hot dogs I have been served. On our visits the hot dogs we were given were gray! Gray! A family member suggested that perhaps they were a homemade hot dog without added preservatives, but I’m not sure that’s the case. Maybe they just leave the hot dogs in water for too long, but it’s unappetizing to eat a hot dog that is such a strange color. Of all the hot dog places I have been to in my life I’ve never been given a dog like that and they are definitely not a good representation of a true Chicago hot dog.

I work in Chicago and eat at many dog joints… I was in Joliet with my friends seeing a heavy metal show, saw the food truck and had to try it. My girlfriend and her friend (vegetarians) got a veggie dog and I got a Chicago dog and I will honestly say in the name of heavy metal that Chicago Dawgs is the most supreme hot dog I have ever eaten in my 33 years of living. It was huge, fresh and sooo delicious. And I was NOT drunk after the show :) Keep it up guys, we will be back… often!
