Can’t even give these folks the benefit of the doubt. The ass that answers the phone apparently does not know how to take appointments. Good thing they never serviced my furnace needs. Can’t use a computer for an appointment, God help you working on a furnace. Absolutely ridiculous. POOR SERVICE

I recently purchased a short sale home so I knew it needed TLC. I had Airtek out immediately to fix a non-​functioning a/​c unit. Our 2nd unit followed with much needed repair, but with much more complexity. The 2nd unit needed a compressor, Airtek worked with its Carrier rep to get the compressor warrantied saving me approximately $ 1700 in parts! Our hvac is zoned and very complex and I was impressed with the acumen of skill and prompt appointment, flexibility with my schedule, reasonable rates and easy to work with! all systems are go, enabled for winter and we will be using Airtek going forward! Highly recommend!
