Boomer T’s

So disappointed with service. Please update your website. I ordered a uniform, went to pick it up and was told they no longer were taking online orders. although that’s where I placed my order from. Showed them my receipt and they gave me a completely different order, because they didn’t have the size I ordered in the store.

I brought my daughter’s dance team jacket here to have her name embroidered on it. Took a little under a week to complete. I wasn’t very happy with the end result. There was a very large and noticeable gap between the first letter of my daughter’s name and the rest of the letters, which made it look like it wasn’t all one name. My husband called to ask if it was possible to correct this. The manager started by saying that he didn’t recommend having it redone and that these things happen depending on the font you choose. Fair enough, except that we chose the same font as another teammate (whose name also starts with the same letter as my daughter) and their jacket embroidery had no such gap. My husband explained this to the manager, who then switched from saying they do not recommend repair to now saying they would not repair it. My husband simply said he was disappointed by that, and the manager said «yeah» and then hung up on him. Not my idea of good customer service, especially from a manager. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because the girl I initially left the jacket with was nice enough. Very disappointed in this place and will not be recommending them for future dance teammates.
