Yes it is a 2 ½ star hotel, but it gets 5 star review. Friendly staff, clean hotel and clean room, normal hot/cold breakfast for free. Yes it is a old Holiday Inn Express hotel and is a little outdated, but it is kept up very well. For the price you can’t beat it, why pay $ 200 per night just to have something new.

Honestly, I will never use them again. I’m a little biased, but I would expect at least a phone call when they charge my credit card 5TIMES for a room block. Not only did we not get a discount for reserving a wedding block, now I have a $ 500 charge because no one used their rooms. I’m sorry, but I was very busy getting married the day they charged I wasn’t focused on calling a hotel. I’ll stick with the Cambria. Not only did I get a discount, instead of holding the rooms when no one got them and charging me, they just allowed for someone else to take them. Not to mention, the people on the phone at Cambria were so kind, whereas, I talked to several people who seemed they were in bad moods at Quality. Never again.

About what you’d expect for the price. Semi-clean. Smells a bit weird. Can’t complain for the price.

Went with my son to visit my sister here. GOOD: –For a cheaper hotel it was nice. –Nice indoor pool –Rooms were clean and staff was nice(except girl during the day when checking in seemed a little irritated). –Decent continental breakfast. –Got to check in 2hrs early :) BAD: –heaters inside pool area have exposed outlets that could easily get wet –pool was cold and my son and sister were only in 10 min and had to get out. Would go back.
