LIARS AND CHEATERS!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! This company Thompson Moving & Storage was so bad that I had to sue them in small claims court! Why? After lying, overcharging my wife a (cheat), and doing a terrible moving job, the owner agreed to mail a $ 95 refund back to me and then NEVER sent it (lied), and wouldn’t answer my calls again. They sent movers that were lazy, rude, and turned a 2 hour job moving from one home to another literally 5 minutes down the street into a 4.75 hour job! They left several items in my old house that we had to personally go back and get, and one of the Thompson Moving & Storage movers was even on the phone for a long personal call in my basement when he thought my wife had left the house! After ending the move before everything was moved because they said they had another job to get to (how’s that our problem?), they told my wife the price was more than was originally guaranteed to me, and then had the nerve to rudely pressure my wife into a tip, then COMPLAINING about the tip she gave them! RUN, DONT WALK FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY! They are a disgrace to the industry!
