Dunkin’ Donuts

Solid 4 star Dunkins.
For the most part, no issues. Just a few small problems here I want fixed.
First of all, the entrance /​exit is TERRIBLE. It’s soooooooo dangerous, and just waiting for an accident to happen, since left turns on busy Route 1 are unfortunately allowed. They should put in a traffic light ASAP! For the restaurant, the exterior is new, and the drive thru is huge and wild, going up and around and around the entire building. This may not very appealing, (yet it will be useful during you’re visit) but this Dunkins Drive Thru speaker is amazing. It actually works incredibly well, while some other locations (the closest being just a mile away on Taunton Street) drive thru speakers stink… you can barely hear the clarification of your order. Here it was literally, CRYSTAL clear, which was a nice change. At the window, my order was correct, and one woman was friendly, but the other guy was sort of annoying and didn’t seem to want to be there… guess they don’t treat their employees as well as other Dunks in the area (recently, a DD in Milford advertised for $ 11 minimum rate per hour!). Hopefully, they will change the staff or the way they are treating them and put in a traffic light. Then it will be 5 stars!

I went through the drive through and there was a mistake on my order. After I pulled away and realized this, I decided to go inside to correct the mistake. In the process, some of the employees were very rude and nasty and told me that they didn’t need customers like me. I was yelled at and bullied and they made a scene. Despite the convenience in my drive to work, I am not going back to this DDs location.

Even when they have 12 cars in the drive thru line they move fast and always have great coffee. This place should win an award, especially how they handle the morning rush

This is my favorite dunkins the coffee is always good and they have the nicest service ive ever seen at a dunkin donuts and I have 6 around me!
