We were very happy with our windows, but the true test of a GREAT business is their follow up when something goes wrong.
During this brutally cold winter, one of our windows had a seal issue and with the warmer weather we noticed that there is moisture between the panes. We called Howe, they said they’d get back to us. No return call as of today, and it’s been almost a month since initial phone call.
Even if the phone call was to say, it’s not under warranty (lifetime says their paperwork) and let us come out to look and give you an estimate. But, no return call… unacceptable. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere that will value you and your home.
