Robert was absolutely phenomenal! We felt like we were in the best of hands, he was real and down to earth. He went above and beyond by following up several days after to make sure we don’t need any help understanding anything, and even went as far as to send us a list of helpful moving advice. A+ classy business!

Robert is truly an amazing professional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and responsive. He really takes the time to understand your concerns. With Robert, I really felt like we had an expert on our side who was truly watching out for our interests. He and his staff promptly responded to our pleas for help on an urgent issue which arose during construction even on a weekend.
A house is the most expensive investment that a person makes, and Robert is the most trustworthy inspector you can find to put your mind at ease.

I have owned a number of homes over the years which consequently required inspection. As a former Realtor, I have referred a number of A-​List Home Inspectors to clients and other Realtors. By a landslide, Robert Taylor’s inspection of my current proposed home was the most thorough and comprehensive overview I have experienced from anyone. In addition, I found him exceptionally competent, knowledgeable, patient, articulate, and informing. Without reservation, I highly recommend Robert and feel you could do no better than to choose him for your home.

Robert is very professional and knowledgeable inspector. He inspected the house thoroughly and give very good advice on how to fix what needs to be fixed. On time, prompt response and detail report are just additional plus service he provided. He also answered all the questions we have and make it very clear to us to understand.
One other thing he did that is very honest is he told me that I don’t need termite inspection that I ordered because the house sit on the 2nd floor. Very recommended.
