Went there to get my nose/​ears pierced. The actual piercing procedure was good, however, the piercer did not ask where I wanted it on my nose, nor on my ears. Didn’t tell me what guage he put in my nose. Mostly upset about the fact the he pierced my ears unevenly. The piercing on one ear is NOTICEABLY different than the other in terms of placement. Will not be returning.

The tattoo I received came out well, as I just got some small script done. However, when I asked the artist about another idea I had, for a small ghost I was told it was «silly». Then, while my friend was getting her tattoo, the artist made derogatory remarks about Muslims. It was a very uncomfortable situation.

Rude and actually made fun of what I wanted to get. I would rather draw on myself with a Crayola marker than have them tattoo me. They complained that business was slow… Guess why asshole?!

Terrible, terrible customer service !!! Would not tattoo what I wanted and was very rude about it. Employees talking about very inappropriate things when customers around… Talking sh** about customers and calling customers (girls) names that I shall not repeat. Asked to get my tattoo somewhere else that he would tattoo and he said he was off work so he would not do it. DO NOT GO HERE !!! Terrible, horrible. These dudes need multiple classes in how to run a business!

I can’t speak for how they are as a smoke shop, and I have only had experience with one artist. But Raymond did not seem interested in helping me with my simple design. It came out okay. not great, and I will be going else where to have it touched up and improved upon. Everything was clean and I’ve seen better work online, so maybe it was an off night or something and frankly. I should have just left when I could tell he wasn’t into it, but I won’t be going back.
