Bought a car from this dealership 2 weeks ago. Shortly after leaving the lot, I found a feature that was non-functioning that i was not informed about. They did absolutely nothing to help. Stereotypical used car dealership. I will never do business with them ever again. Welcome you to a so called family and treat you like dirt. Also, do not believe the ploy of a quick and easy buying process. I sat in their office for almost 5 hours. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

Wow, most awkward experience ever. The«salesperson» just stood there and looked at me while I kept waiting for him to tell me something about the two cars I was interested in. I mean, make small talk or something guy, don’t just stand there! It was as if he expected me to sell myself a car? Lol what a complete joke and a total waste of time. The young lady who let me test drive the car was nice though.

My expierence with Auto Class Direct was great. I talked to a salesman by the name of tony, he was very professional and helped me through out the process. I origionally chose, Auto Class Direct, in search of a dodge charger. The charger I was looking at had a little over 115,000 miles on it, give or take. The finance manager, Bryan, sat me down and offered me a selection of cars in that same price range with less miles. I found a mustang my girlfriend and I fell in love with. Now usually, car salesman will tell you anything to get you in the door and into a new car. Tony and Bryan were 100% honest with me the entire process. I told them how much I could afford and they ended up getting me a better interest rate, with a better bank with a better monthly payment then I had imagined. The whole process took about 2 hours. And that was with me test driving multiple vehicles. I would recommend my family and friends to Auto Class Direct and definitely will be back if I need another vehicle.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLE place! We came in about 2 hours before they closed, looked at an SUV that we really liked, but wanted to go shop at more places to make sure that was the car we wanted. The owner(manager) sweet talked us into staying and buying from them under the rouse that they are small, family owned and will always be there if we need them unlike the bigger dealerships. I ended up buying my car from them that night, without going anywhere else. One of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made. Within 3 weeks, the car was falling apart. I called the service department numerous times before anyone ever returned my call. The service manager told me once the car drives off the lot, it can only be assumed that anything that happens is the owners fault. I saw red at that point. I loudly told him it was not my fault that the interior fabric was falling down everywhere and I had been calling since a week after I bought it but no one would return my call. Long story short, he ended up calling me the«B’ word before our conversation was over, I had it repaired, but still things kept happening to the car. I had to eat up the money I put in it and get rid of it in less than 18 months. They are wolves in sheeps clothing at Auto Class Direct. Not one nice person after they have your money. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! In fact, I would tell people to run as far as they can from here!
