Maverick and Belinda at BHB have been wonderful for several years now on several repairs through my home warranty company. The other day Maverick came out to repair my fridge… It turned out be something not covered by the home warranty, but Maverick gave me his word that he would be back by today — at the latest, Thursday 8/20, once he picked up a part and some special equipment needed to get the thing running well again… If the past few years of dealing with him, and BHB, are any indication of what his word means to him, he’ll be here shortly, I’m sure… Go Maverick… Update! I guess Belinda’s and Maverick’s ears were buzzing because they just called to say that they would be here between 2 and 4 today. Great Firm and People — a rarity in the area.

Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Belinda the office manager took no effort to help us solve our problem with our oven. The scheduling of my appointment was a catastrophe. They showed up an hour late. Then left within 7 minutes and never came back. Called to reschedule was told it would be a week later. When I said that I was going to complain to my home warranty company she told me «go for it we have lots of complaints». I highly recommend you continue your search for a different provider.
