Rudest staff I’ve seen in any motel/hotel/extended stay place. Dirty utensils were put into the utensil drawer. Torn covering on the armchair. Room stank of stale Indian food for a couple days, but they gave me a spray which helped a lot. No one told me that I could pick up coffee packages for the coffee maker myself, so I went awhile without coffee. No biggie. A huge $ 150 pet fee was charged to me though it wasn’t mentioned when I reserved the room. Was called by very aggressive, rude front desk guy that ‘many’ people were calling him, ‘screaming’ that they couldn’t rest because my dog was barking… and I got the call just three minutes after I left my room. Obviously he was lying since there is no way ‘many’ people would call to complain that quickly and their rest would not be an issue at 8:30 — 8:45pm. He said it was ‘my choice’ if I wanted to check out after just two nights, as if I could forfeit 27 nights of a pre-paid 29 night stay. This is how they treat a return customer who pays in advance for a one month stay. Then even though I immediately walked up from the parking lot to get the dog and take him out, he had waddled up to the room to be there when I arrived to lecture me even though he had already done that on the phone. I won’t be back, obviously. Piss-poor service and only worth staying if you get a good nightly rate on Hotwire, etc., as I did.

Stench from sink as we entered the room after spending the whole day outside. Never used the kitchen sink. No maintenance till tomorrow when we check out. The remedy was an air freshener that smells like a soiled diaper. Can’t believe!’

Situation — Two night stay in May 2015 Pros — Easy to check in — Clean rooms — The décor is not too bad — Good prices — Free wifi and good cable channels(including HBO) Cons — The walls are a bit thin

Awful experience. An employee barged in our room after midnight thinking we were already checked out. It literally scared my girlfriend and caused her to scream so loud we both couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night. Who«checks» rooms after midnight at hotel? Worst experience at a hotel. You pay the same competitive rate but with no housekeeping and employees having the freedom to barge into rooms whenever they want. Because of this frightening experience and customer service not willing to do anything about it I just see no reason to come back here when there are other hotels at the same rate in the same area without the chaos.

The place was unexpectedly clean throughout, new carpet and paint in the hall ways. The one bedroom they upgraded me to was pretty alright, so the value was there. I would give four stars except I left a awesome pair of jeans hanging in the room and had to call twice and talk to two separate poepole to learn housekeeping didn’t report them. That’s theft of guest property. But the gent who let me know they weren’t reported didn’t comprehend that fact. I won’t be staying at a joint where the staff steals guest property.

Ok place to stay. They’re painting inside the hotel, wish I would have known that, and all the baseboard is missing… not much for looks at this point. Hotel has a odd smell that made me wonder if they had water damage or something. Our room has microwave, fridge, and small stove top… which is nice if you need it… we on the other hand don’t. Beds are up to par. I’m not a big coffee drinker but I always have a cup on my way in to a hotel… I was a bit disappointed to not see any coffee in the lobby.

Not a great hotel and certainly no value at $ 120 a night. Stayed here in Feb 2013. Apparently the place has been renovated but based on the worn out chair in my room(see photos) I’m not too sure. The hallways were also pretty rough with multiple patches in the walls but none of the paint repairs matched the original colors. Upon check out this morning, no one was around. I called out«Hello! Hello!» but no one was there. The man in the nearby«Sales Office» obviously hear my calls for help(I just wanted to check out!), and he closed the door to his office!!! The nice receptionist appeared about 5 minutes later and I was able to check out. Would I stay here again? No.

So the construction has been done for a while and I found this hotel to be perfectly adequate and reasonably priced. The staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend this place and would return. Bathroom was very clean and new.

One full bed is $ 76/night. Downside: Don’t expect a lot from this place. The kitchen towels are dirty. The kitchen appliances are old. The bathroom is filthy. They reuse the Pantene shampoo containers. The towels are cheap. If you plan to stay here, bring your own towels and bathroom supplies. I made a mistake of not bringing one, and I ended up with these rags that wipe the dead cells off my skin. The walls are dirty. I found a fly buzzing around in my bathroom. Services are also not available at night, after midnight. Upside: It’s cheap. The bed is comfortable. It’s a place to stay. If you’re not that picky about hotels, it might be okay to stay here if you don’t care much about cleanliness in the bathroom. Free movie rentals(tape) from the counter. Overall I gave it 2⁄5 because I was able to suck it in and ignore the downsides.
