This Carrabba’s location always has prompt and friendly service, from the time I walk in the door to the moment I leave, someone is always smiling at me. And not in a creepy kind of way. Try the lobster ravioli and tiramisu… I do. Every. Single. Time.

One of my favorite restaurants! Pleasant servers and hosts, and the food is incredible. Chicken marsala is the way to go for sure. Very good service, even to-go orders!

Raw minced garlic in the mussels… my wife will be sick as a result. That is NOT something that I appreciate. Lip stick on my glass… noticed it after I had almost finished my beer. My wife asked the manager to drink from the glass and he said that all the precautions have been taken to ensure that this wouldn’t happen. I said, except look at the glass before serving it.

What a pleasant experience! We stopped in and had a server that was unbelievably personable. Noberto had the perfect blend of knowledge and sincerity. You can tell he enjoys making each guest’s visit exceptional. We will definitely come back and ask for him. We made sure to express our feelings to his manager, John.

We went on a Saturday night without reservations. They sat our party of 6 in a timely manner and had relatively prompt service– maybe a bit rushed(soup/salad is brought out first). I am torn between 3 and 4 because the bread is really the guaranteed tasty thing on the menu. There are a few rather good dishes(my friend swore by the chicken with arugula((ramey?))) — and the soups had a good flavor. But my seafood stew(ciop – ) and the chicken marsala didn’t go the extra mile.(Seafood texture and overpowered sauce) + no angel hair with the masala. Bread pudding was better than expected though :)

I have been here many times and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was tonight. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated at 6:25 pm. It was after 8 p.m. when we left. Every course we ordered was extremely slow. We ordered our appetizer before the table next to us got their entrees and they were through eating and gone before we got our appetizer. It was just as slow for our entrees and then took us almost 20 minutes to get our dessert after we ordered it. At that time the restaurant was not that full. Our waiter’s name was Dakota. I don’t think we’ll be back to this location. Or to any location as far as that goes.

ALLABOUTTHEBREAD The food at Carrabbas is wonderful! Great food! One of my favorite things they do here is when you walk in and are seated, they bring you a loaf of bread and some dipping herbs. On this visit, it went nothing like I expected. They sat us down, then took our drink orders, during his first visit he asked if we wanted any appetizers and I asked him for some bread and herbs. Our waiter came back with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. Are you kidding me!!! We hadn’t even seen our bread yet! Usually I put down three loafs before even seeing my dinner plate! I told him we wanted to hold off a little longer and asked again if we could get some bread. He stated that they’re making more and it would be another 7 – 10 minutes. Okay! So while sitting there(breadless) two parties were seated that had came in after us, I’m watching like a hawk at this point and BOOM! Bread arrives at their tables! At this point there’s violence taking place in my head. Our waiter comes back and asks if we are ready to order. So we go ahead and order and I mention to him that those two tables have already received their bread, have you seen ours? He said that their were only a few loafs left and that they beat him to the punch. (Bummer, that punch just reduced your tip. I just want some damn bread) So, now our dinner plates show up, and at this point I don’t even want to see the bread arrive at my table. I’m about 3 – 4 bites in to my meal and the damn bread arrives. What a joke! Im thinking this guy was probably either new, or just didn’t care, or didn’t know how to do a good job. Anyways, I still tipped 10% and I now know better than to come back to this Carrabbas who runs out of bread. Not operating a good workflow I see. THEEND

First time visiting Carrabba’s tonight. Brought the family, as we’d seen the commercials for years in Cali, but there wasn’t one close to us. Must admit, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, came out hot and we all enjoyed our meals. Ashton, our server, was good too. Good time with the family!

Been here arboreal tomes few years back and used to be better. Today server was good but food came cold. To 3 of the 6 at the table. Mine was the Mezzalune. Nice flavor but barely warm in the middle of the plate and cold in the corners. You could see it sit at the window for a bit. Probably waiting for the other 2 plates that were warm. Manager took care even though we didn’t make afuzz just ask for 2 of then to be heated up. Which shows care for the customer. Sorry can’t give more that 3 at this time.

This particular Carrabba’s is excellent. We always enjoy seeing Abe. He provides great service and is also great with our daughter. We did not normally think of Carrabba’s as a kid-friendly restaurant. Today, our server, Vince, is excellent as well. My daughter liked him so much that she drew a picture for him!

First timer here. Been to my fair share of chain Italian restaurants and this one was just another cookie cutter one. Food was ok; decent pasta. Decent bread. Food is made fresh because you can see the people working to make your food as they have an open kitchen. Service was good for a busy Saturday night so our waitress tried to make us feel good about service. Overall, wouldn’t mind coming back but only on rare occasions because 1) a little too far, only 2 locations within the immediate Dallas area and I live in Garland and 2) thank goodness for coupons cause it would’ve been expensive for just a decent restaurant.

Very disappointed how this place has gone done in every way. Quality, food menu has been changed recently … Portion are way smaller and priced went up very noticeably. We don’t mind paying for some good old carabbas style food which was amazing till this new menu came in. Management changed 3 – 4 times in the past year… The seafood ciapino which was super small portion of frozen seafood . I requested linguini on the side but the cook decided to serve it mixed with the ciapino and was over cooked and tasted like it was fallen apart. Then he brought me the side of linguini and that was overcooked big time to the point where the pasta was white. My wife had the soup– same horrible taste. The kids ordered pasta Alfredo and the portions were so tiny … My 7 year old looked at it and said why did they have to split my pasta with my brother. Let me tell you that we are very disappointed with the quality and the high prices, server was ok and you could tell he was pushing for the appetizers and what his favorite was even tho we didn’t have the chance to see the menu nor asked for his recommendation . Was too quick in stating his recommendation . Sad to say, we reached the decision to not go back again, this place used to be great and now it’s off our list for good.

Wow. Really? You couldn’t find a better place to put the«Oreck Restaurater»? Why were we staring at a netted baby-Jesus holder while we were waiting for a table? The green seats slide around. The host even mentioned the fact«yeah, they slip around a lot». The waitress was great, we tipped well.(20%) Food was really good and premium quality. If the hostess station is fixed, and the padding somehow attached to the seats, I’ll update my review.

We absolutely love Carrabbas. We live in Rockwall county, but gladly drive to Plano to eat at our favorite Italian restaurant. We ate there on Oct 31 for our daughter’s 19th bday. Overall, our meal was very delicious. The service was terrible. Our server was courteous and appeared to try very hard, but he is in of some training. One of the best things at this restaurant is the bread. We waited for nearly 20 minutes before having to ask for some. Our server didn’t listen to our requests. We continually had to ask for things which can make your meal less than satisfying. We love the food and the new menu and will continue to come to this restaurant. This place needs a makeover. The décor and atmosphere does not match the excellent food. Corporate needs to give this wonderful brand a facelift.

Excellent bread. Fair menu variety as well and it’s in a good location. Try the lentil soup — very savory. Unfortunately, service is sometimes a bit slow even on nights when it’s not crowded.

We had an amazing experience here. V was our server and she is amazing. You should ask for her. The food was super hot and fresh. We were super pleased. We will definitely return. My husband usually doesn’t like Italian and said after going here he has changed his mind. The tomato basil soup was so good.

So we have been to Carrabbas many times and I am just now posting a review because of one single menu item that is outstanding! I don’t even lie minestrone soup, but if you have not tried Carrabbas minestrone, you must! Granted, you cannot expect any protein in there as this is a vegetable soup. But wowzaa! The flavors pop like crazy for a bunch of veggies. It reminds me of my L.A. days at Jerrys Deli matzo ball soup when I had s cold. I’m guessing the secret is the broth. Anyway, the other items are good and reasonably priced, but this soup is the bomb! Try it!

If you want your fix of Italian and are looking for the right chain restaurant to go to; then Carrabba’s is your place. Regardless of which Carrabba’s you go to, I have found the food and service to be top notch at each one. This is no exception. Went in for a quick dinner and sat at the bar. Quickly greeted and order taken with fresh warm bread and dipping oil and spices shortly following. Went with the Spiedino de Mare and Caesar Salad. Food came out quickly and it was very good. Finished it off with some ice cream with caramel and candied pecans and I was good to go. Good place for good eating.

We decided to try Carrabba’s for the first time today for lunch. I enjoyed it! It was Sunday around noon, where places are usually packed from the after church crowd. this place was not. Maybe that’s a bad sign? But nah. It was great. The server, Abe was super friendly and informative about the menu. He did, however, forget a few things we had requested. Simple things like extra plates and napkins so it was not too big of a deal. The pricing is a good little high for lunch, but the food was delicious. I got the small size of the chicken parm plate, and it was a pretty big piece of chicken with a side of pasta. The caesar salad was delicious as well. There were a ton of items that sounded great on the menu, so i’ll probably be back to try something else soon!

Not a good experience! So today I decided to drive for 25 minutes to come here. Thinking about the new Salmon main course I have been seeing pictures off. We got here. We were greeted quickly, seated and it all started. Order my young son chicken fingers, was plain spaghetti noodles. We crab cake to start with. Got our drinks, and placed our main course. Salmon for me, it’s $ 20.00 but I came all the way here to try. I got the Lentil Sausage Soup(why I come here mainly) My wife order the small Chicken Rose, Cesar Salad. My daughter order Kids chicken tenders and fettuccine Alfredo Crab cake was cooked right, the sauce was separated. No my son food came out after I called another server for it, and it came out with the wrong side. My salmon and vegetable portion was very unsatisfying for the price. Taste was ok, didn’t meet my expectation, wouldn’t order that again. My family food was ok, but for such a single 6 oz chicken breast and two scoops of mash-potato is very expensive $ 16.95 my wife said that my daughter plate and her’s are the same size, and she had more food. My child plain noodle has not arrived. My server is no where to be found. And no one Is paying attention. I finally got it after asking something else to go check on it. This restaurant is one of my favorite. I have always taken such pride when I spoke about the food and the service. Today they missed up big time. I hope that will not be repeated again.
