Worth every penny. Unique flavors unlike any boba place I’ve ever been to with friendly staff. So worth it!

I ordered a mango green tea with the pearls and the tapioca was not as fresh as I would have preferred, but the prices were some of the lowest I’ve seen in the north Dallas area. I took my cousins here for their first boba experience and, unfortunately, they were not the biggest fans of the tea, but they did enjoy the nice ambiance of this business as well as the activities and games that were available in the lounge area. As far as the tapioca is concerned, we came towards closing time, so probably ended up with the remnants of the boba batch from earlier on in the day. I would still give it a second try in the future.

Discovered this place while I was in High School and it is one of the best! The girls making the drinks are always super sweet. The owner is also so nice and has a good attitude. Great place to do homework or just hang out with friends. I love their Green Tea smoothie with bubbles sooooo good!

Came here for the egg waffle, but found out that it’s been discontinued. I decided to get the drinks instead. They have a large variety of «exotic» drinks that mostly relies on club soda and syrup. But the owner was really friendly and the décor is nice.

Love this place! My son and I have visted this place frequently over the years. Our favorite is the coconut milk and avacado smoothie. Owner is friendly as well as the staff.

I’ve been three times and ordered three different tea drinks, all of which were watery and flavorless, one of which I couldn’t even take more than a few sips. The place itself is nice and the service was good, but the drinks themselves were very disappointing. I would suggest using more milk and more syrup — more everything — for the milk and tea based drinks. Milk tea is supposed to be sweet, milky and creamy, not watery.

Lots of selection here at Cassis. You got your teas, milk teas, smoothies & slushies, coffee drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails. Cassis has been around for years and I’ve always been a fan of their drinks. Good flavor, good tea, and not too sweet and they use good ingredients in the drinks, not the syrupy stuff that makes it way too sweet sometimes. So I’m on board with that! The owner is a very cool and social guy. Ask for a recommendation! You won’t be disappointed!

I had what the guy called a ‘sangria’ no alcohol of course. I would have given it 5 stars because they have such a variety of drinks and I like seeing creative beverages that you don’t see anywhere else. It was a very modest man because the drink I got was just delicious it was a mix of 7 up with pomegranate and some other stuff I cannot remember. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the place itself is too hot to actually sit in so I took it to go(and no I’m not picky I don’t think they use the air conditioning lol) and also some of the actual tapioca or boba was raw? Or idk how to say it but it was hard. Only a couple though! I didn’t mind that much and you can always just tell them to not put the boba in the drink. Other than that great place :) nice chairs and they have board games you can play.

Pretty Americanized version of a lot of boba places. The«exotic» part of the name caught my attention, and I’m always wanting to try out new boba places(although this has been around for a while). The inside is sorta drab. It looked as if someone tried to decorate the place but didn’t know how. That’s not really important though. They have a large menu of drinks you can choose from. I chose from one of their signature cocktails, the White Snow, since it was the most popular. My brother got one of their specials, strawberry cheesecake. My drink was good although really, it just tasted like straight up sugar to me. I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t like the strawberry cheesecake at all. I felt like there was a foul taste to it. It’s an alright place if you want to try something new other than your ordinary drinks.

I’ve been a customer at cassis for years and always have a positive experience. There are so many yummy drinks to choose from, each with its own distinct flavor. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with my friends or a quiet place to study/do homework. The girl who always makes my drinks has a wonderfully pleasant demeanor and makes each drink with care, one of the reasons I keep coming back. I would definitely recommend this bubble tea café to anyone wanting to try their new drinks or a relaxing atmosphere to hang out with friends. I also recommend trying the Blue Hawaii drink, which is my favorite.

Ive been to a lot of boba tea places, so my opinion may be a bit biased, but I didn’t get any special feelings from this place. I ordered a lavender milk tea which was relatively good. It was slightly sweeter than I would have liked it, and they didn’t make it hot. I’m ok with the sweetness because I forgot to ask to make it less sweet. But come on, you can’t even nuke it for me? The lavender was so subtle you could barely taste it. There was also only one person working, servicing roughly 15 people all at once. He couldn’t even take all the orders at once and had to do only a few at a time. Poor guy. My local friends like this place so I may give it another try.

I walked over to try this place because I thought it might be better than sitting in a car shop where I was smothered by tire smell. I was wrong. I ordered a coffee, which may have not been the best choice as I swear to you my coffee was literally heated up in a microwave! However, it tastes decent. For $ 3.50 I kind of expected more. Anyway, I then moved to a table with chairs that could have been more comfortable to do some school work and found that it was not cool inside, but muggy and quite uncomfortable. I will say that the lady that served the coffee to me was very pleasant. Perhaps this is simply a place to go if you like boba tea?

Once upon a time, I loved this place. That’s back when the only other boba in the area was Bali Slush. Now I feel like boba is ubiquitous and so I am more picky. Cassis is starting to show its age. Cassis still stands out because it has a wide variety of unique drink offerings, more than most boba spots. There’s free wifi, and seating. I now select the«Meh. I’ve experienced better» option because I have. Other places feel more professional, updated, and comfortable to hang out in. Here I get the feeling that I’m in someone’s personal space rather than a public space, does that make sense? Sometimes that happens in small family run places, and while I love family run spots, you can’t get so comfortable in your own restaurant so that it begins to feel like your living room. I think if I was in this strip mall and wanted a drink, I would still order one. I won’t be coming by here to study or read anymore, though.

The boyfriend and I were looking for a good bubble tea spot for an evening of reading when we stumbled across Cassi’s on Unilocal. It was relatively close, so we gave it a go. I got the passionfruit green tea with bubbles and he got the pineapple green tea with bubbles. The bubbles have a hint of honey(my fav!) and the drinks were great. I like how they serve them in plastic cups with lids and a paper cup holder — very cute. Also, they shake up the drinks, so that there is a nice layer of foam at the top. We were both surprised that the place was so empty! We were the only ones there, and there were only a few people who stopped by to get occasional drinks. There was good lighting — perfect for reading(we asked the baristas to turn on the lights and they obliged), comfy seats, and a heater. We got a good 3 hours of studying done and couldn’t believe our luck at finding such an awesome place. Fast forward one week. My sister comes back from med school and I am excited to take her to this great new spot. But the bubbles were hard and there were way too many off them(the bubble to tea ratio was off; it was the same during the first visit, but I didn’t mind because they tasted good that time). And the baristas decided to sporadically play music throughout our visit. It was basically the same playlist on repeat. Cute décor. Good teas. Great spot for studying. For the most part, it’s quiet and there are few interruptions. But unfortunately, boba is a large deciding factor when I get teas and am hesitant to go back because of how inconsistent it was.

To start out with the good… I liked the décor, and I agree with some of the other reviews in that this place would be a decent place to hang out with friends. I tried to study here – it probably isn’t the best place to do work because the table/chair heights are kind of awkward for that. However, I can see how this place would be good for socializing. Now on to the bad… I ordered an original milk tea here. I was not pleased at all. The drink itself was too watery – it wasn’t sweet or had the creamier consistency that you would normally expect for milk tea. I have no idea why some previous reviews say that this is a good place to get milk tea. If you want good milk tea, go to Fat Straws. The boba were pretty bad too. I like my boba to have a consistent texture throughout – it should be chewy, but not too hard or too soft. It should also have a sweet coat from honey or a sugar syrup. The boba here are a disaster. They were really hard on the inside and were way too soft on the outside. They were pretty bland and did not have the sweet coating. There were also soft little boba fragments in my drink that made me feel like I was drinking little bits of phlegm. I was not pleased at all. The original milk tea is not worth the $ 3.79 that I paid. I was incredibly disappointed because I felt like I was misled by the reviews this business has. I don’t know how the other drinks are, and I really hope they’re good enough to warrant some of the better reviews for this place. All I know is that I never plan to come here again.

This place has a such a cute vibe! It’s perfect to hang out with friends or an escape from a stressful day. I really enjoyed lingering over a cup of tea with some old friends from high school. They have a comfy layout that suits nearly everybody. There are some couches, recliners, normal height tables, and bar height tables too. Their drink menu is pretty extensive and they do have some decent options, and a handful of creative ones too!(All non-alcoholic despite some names that may suggest otherwise). I ordered a «sangria» with bubbles. My drink was light, refreshing, and had just a hint of sweetness. The only thing that disappointed me was that half my cup was filled with bubbles! :(. I could barely taste my tea. My friend also ordered a mango snow and seemed to like her drink too. However, she had a couple of problems too — way too much bubbles to be enjoyable and it took an unreasonable time to get the drink(considering we were the only people when we placed the order). I think we just caught them on an off-day and will plan to come back soon.

Cassis definitely has a ton of choices… Almost too many! Any sort of flavor combination, they most likely have available for you. My friends’ heads were spinning with all the options! Unfortunately, when I ordered boba tea, they had run out! A bit surprising for a place that had multiple options for bubble tea. Their chai flavored milk tea was alright but not as spices or flavorful as I’d expect. Perhaps they should narrow down their menu options in exchange of improving the quality of their drinks. Just a thought!

Visited this place twice and this review is based on those two visits. Our first visit was on a Saturday when we went in the morning after the gym. We were greeted by a high school student. My girlfriend made note that attendant was dressed inappropriately for work. It reminded of my high school years hanging out at a café. The décor was a bit bizarre; just not my style. I ordered a frozen mango drink. The drink tasted a bit overly sweet and then the attendant added whipped cream to my drink. It also had strange strong notes of a tea-ish tasted. My girlfriend had the milk tea. She noted that the tea tasted bland. I had a sip and agreed the tea is bland. On our other visit i tried the caramel chocolate frozen drink. I enjoyed it a lot more it had more balance but it was a bit too caramelly but still pretty good. Rachel had the same drink again. It was a little better and the boba was actually not too bad(i hate boba) still needed a little more sugar. Overall, place is alright. Not sure if i’d want to go again. It’s hard to find good bubble tea in plano.

This place has been open for 5 yrs! Yet I just realized they exist, such a shame. So I met up some friends here and one of my friends ordered me a Green Apple Tea(green tea with green apple syrup). The taste was excellent! Good ratio of green tea and syrup, some places they over power one over the other. Didn’t have dinner so I ordered Wasabi hot dog. The hot dogs were Nathan’s(which I believe is pretty popular?) topped with wasabi and lettuce. The dog was delicious great taste and had a little kick from the wasabi. Still hungry I ordered the Strawberry waffle with gelato. This was a little eh… not bad but the waffle was good. The gelato kinda tasted like cream chesse so I didn’t finish it. They have a special going on where everything you order is $ 3 Great deal and good drinks! Don’t be afraid to try this place out cause the name does sound interesting.
